@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@TalkTalk I have to say trying to contact you being that I’m a new customer is SHOCKING. How are you to want new customers when we can’t even contact you. Something wrong with an order but no information. Shocking and disgusted.

@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@EmmelineHartley @Barclays @RoyalMail It's not only texts from banks, a friend recently go a phone call on landline from TalkTalk, he knew exactly the amount the direct debit was and all the services on account. Also knew there had been problems on b/band offering to look at issues via computer. Call was ended then.

@NigelGodfrey @TalkTalk I have a hack. Call customer service- note or record how long it takes to connect. Call sales- (noting the difference). When you get the sales person- you note you have a sales issue- if you can't get service in the same time you can get sales- they lose the business.
