  @TalkTalk dreadful service. Customer's are required to provide a month's notice to terminate. TalkTalk retains the Wi-Fi preventing new tenants from selecting their own provider😳

  @ShemaleNudity @TalkTalk Why did your friend not just do like 99% of people setup a direct debit then there is no issue. How did your friend send payment?   Has anyone got any ideas how to get talktalk to sort your problems out? I cant get email and i have rung 8 times spoken to technicians bots and been on the phone hours. They all say it will get sorted but it never does im exhausted with it and my job depends on emails. Help!!

  @TalkTalk , cusotmere service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

  @alex_weel @TalkTalk I went 2 weeks over Christmas with no wifi and no 4g - nothing. I was never reimbursed by @talktalk for this. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
