The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... Not had a problem since changing to Cloudflare's filtered DNS 1.1.1.3 (to protect little ones), but 1.1.1.1 or Google's 8.8.8.8 are both good.
