    @TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

    @TalkTalkGroup 1 I am a new customer, set up tv box and router on Weds, couldn’t get several apps to play content all had their own error boxes. Online chat with talktalk for ages, nothing helped. I decided to do a factory settings tv box reset - now works but pushes on every

    @TalkTalk your company is utter crap, we’ve lost our landline 3 times the first for 6 weeks, 2nd time 5 weeks & the 3rd time 3 weeks. Engineer came round in the morning says they’ll fix it on there end and still broken so now we’re leaving had enough 😡😡😡

    Talktalk u have sent me a new contract i rung up to make sire. I have a new provider. I chatted today i wamt everything of yours out of my house i have screen shot he sending bag. He said contract ended 31st dec 22.but service on. No i unplugged i have a new provider.

    @TalkTalk @kbombakat What exactly are you trying to get back on track? You claim in the dm that there's no issues with talktalk broadband! The donuts on the phoneline you told me to ring claim no outage incidents! So whats really going on? NO BROADBAND ALL DAY!

    @TalkTalk no internet nor landline in Cr0 7aw. I reported the issue early on and there seems to be a problem with my telephone line/ local exchange, however no more news from talk talk as to how they will tackle the issue. Can anyone help please
