    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

    @TalkTalk So,48 hours later, filled in the requested form and heard nothing back from you. And I STILL do not have Internet. You are useless and I cannot wait to terminate my contract with you when it ends next month. I would also like a refund for all the days without WiFi.

    @joelycett TalkTalk booked in to install fibre. We couldn't do the date so rearranged. They never showed. After hours of being transferred nd hung up on they said it was cancelled and won't give us fibre at all unless we set up a new plan and pay even though we're already on the fibre plan

    @TalkTalk Just got logged out of chat after nearly an hour...logged back in but wasn’t prepared to start from the beginning again. Last conversation 22nd October was 2 hours 4 minutes which concluded with my problem being sorted. OR SO I THOUGHT .how can I speak to someone?

    Anyone using @TalkTalk FTTP? They have a cracking Black Friday deal. We already have FTTP with another ISP so we know our cabling is fine, so just depends what their backhaul/support is like I guess.

    @PragmaticPicks @TalkTalk I went around in circles with them a couple of years ago when phone line had physically blown down in storm and they kept doing lines tests and insisting all well. now with another provider and not sure they are much better. My mother had nothing bad to say about EE
