    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    Blooming @TalkTalk is driving me mad. For over an hour I’ve been trying to switch off scam protection as it is blocking my work website and it keeps telling me to phone up. I’ve followed all the steps that they persist in telling me is the only way to fix it 1/2

    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    For my UK friends...please avoid @TalkTalk and their network services. You will be more offline than online and they will not make the best as possible to fix it as soon as possible.

    @TalkTalk dreadful service. Customer's are required to provide a month's notice to terminate. TalkTalk retains the Wi-Fi preventing new tenants from selecting their own provider😳

    @TalkTalk not only has my broadband been turned off our telephones are not working. No one told us this was going to happen. I need someone to call me in the morning to rectify this asap. I'm tried of complaining. I hope to cancel my contract soon and head over to BT #BT

    @TalkTalk no VoIP service since 29/12, still not fixed, claimed router faulty, sent replacement and charged me £70. Exactly the same. Many hours with useless support agents. To top it all off looks like they have decided to change my contract and renew it without any discussion.
