    @TalkTalk you are an disgrace I called today to complain my inlaws phone line has been down for three days, 3 days ago you promised to transfer their calls to their Mobile,today you promised the same and still it has not happened these are shielding and you have failed them again

    @TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

    @TalkTalk your service is terrible. I have a direct debit set up. You haven’t taken it live chat admitted fault and then closed the chat and refused to help me. I have screenshots please help. John was shocking and needs retraining. I’m at a financial loss because of this.

    @Holdfast214 I moved from BT to TalkTalk. Best move. £25 a month and I dont have to pay for a landline, like BT were charging. Stay well clear of 3 on home broadband. It is not 5G and is downright awful.

    @MartinSLewis Semi related, can you look into the awful practices of broadband providers like @TalkTalk Specifically continued misseling, lies and sneaking "included" TV packages into contracts with no intent or ability to actually provide said service.
