@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

@TalkTalk get passed about for hours by foriegn call centres and advised to use chat . Get put on hold for a hour on that ....your solution send me a link for chat again . Worst customer service ever. I'm switching.
