@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

@ShelaghFogarty Since we set up TalkTalk to only accept a chosen list of numbers (free service, similar to BT Call Protect), life is far more peaceful. Other people trying to contact us can say their name, then we're rung and can decide whether to take the call. The rest is silence. :-)
