@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Had the same experience with Virgin recently. They are all as bad as each other. Advertised prices available to new customers only, even when actually leaving them. Best policy: Have no loyalty to any of them. Be prepared to switch provider as soon as out of contract.

Could @TalkTalk possibly be the worst isp out there, I have never streamed a film or programme without them throttling the connection all the way through. 😡😡
