@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

NEVER EVER switch to TalkTalk under any circumstances. They are rotten without a proper customer service hotline or technical support. You will regret switching trust me.

Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

Internet down again and spent over 6 hours trying to sort it with @TalkTalk. Customer service poor, just repeating process again and again (not the staffs fault) advised to power out for 20mins again and then message says they are closed! 🤬Time to move on …

@TalkTalk My internet is not working via a wired connection, however the wifi is. Tested with 2 Ethernet cables that are both working, as well as many other fixes like clearing the DNS cache. Phone also not able to be used when connected to wifi as well. B90

@TalkTalk after two months of no service, endless phone calls and complaints sent an engineer out. They told me they wouldn’t charge me but they have charged me £65 and now won’t speak to me about returning the charge because I’m no longer an account holder. Avoid this company!

Anyone wanting better broadband for streaming etc, get rid of @TalkTalk for their shoddy and poor service, and instead, get @bt_uk fibre. Gone from 37mg to 150meg for same price £30 a month ! Beaut
