@UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk it is just the worst experience I ever had. I opted for fibre 65 which guarantees speed of 65 mbps and reality is 15 16 mbps. I reached out to leave and came to know, cool off started from the time we place order not from the actual start date. Worst experience ever.
