    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    For my UK friends...please avoid @TalkTalk and their network services. You will be more offline than online and they will not make the best as possible to fix it as soon as possible.

    Absolutely shocking customer service displayed from @TalkTalk for all 3 agents I spoke to. Wasted 3 hours going around in circles and not sending an engineer because we can't get into our account, despite it being made probably 10 years. Looking forward to switching providers.

    @TalkTalk I have sent messages all afternoon and emailed your CEO but still no internet, no reason and no urgency to rectify. This is 2021, and issues like this should not happen especially not for 10 hours as it is now! Presuming we will all be refunded appropriately!
