We called you twice and second time we were told there was an outage. Please check other tweets and messages as people are commenting on it quite a lot.

I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
