The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.
