    @UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @TalkTalk Wow you actually posted there was a problem !! Amazing considering nearly every night or several days a week connection is lost between 11.30pm to 01.00 . Yet you never apologise nor refund your customers for this unknown cutting off of service !

    D'you know? I assumed that talktalk's freebe that I was supposed to get but never did had gone to spam, the email to apply for it... I've just looked, and there is no visible record of it. I swear they prob never actually sent the email. I never did get my free cam or ggl pod.

    @TalkTalk Not your fault, I get it. But you could start by dropping the generic "how can we help?" message in response to tweets that only mention your brand by name and don't tag you in. If I needed you, I'd @ you or DM you. As it is, I'm bad-mouthing you behind your back.

    @TalkTalk It was back, but it has now dropped again. I need the Internet for work. Just in the last 24 hours, we have had several cuts on the service. Please sort it out for good or let us know the time frame to fix it so we can make the appropriate arrangements for your terrible service.
