Hi @TalkTalk. Could you please have a look at issues with network in Amersham area. The WiFi has been terrible since today morning and your online portal does not show any issues with the line. Talktalk dashboard isn't even loading right now and I am getting the speed of 5 Mbps

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

@virginmedia I was unable to use the same website on tablet or laptop - the website owner said the issue was due to slow internet speed and @TalkTalk had advised that you were digging up the cable in the area with the potential for disruption and I wondered if this work had overrun

@TalkTalk Been on phone for an hour this morning. Want to charge for an extra £6 for eero when we have been miss sold fibre Internet. Paying extra, same speeds as last contract, lost phone line, hive and you want extra £6. Told leaving, phone put down, disgrace!

@TalkTalk Why do you not pay the equivalent going pay rate for customer service agents in South Africa as in the United Kingdon... sounds like cheap labour. ( Average pay in UK is £22.5k )
