@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

@TalkTalk There's an open complaint on this fault, 3 engineer visits, no solution and no updates from complaint manager in 2 weeks! Spent time on the phone with helpdesk and they can't help either. Again I Canada get any work done today because internet connection keeps dropping
