    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @TalkTalk my internet is down FOR THE THIRD TIME TODAY!!! You are absolutely the worst internet company I have ever had. I want out of my contract, as you have continually failed to provide what I pay for. Don’t know if yr incompetent or fraudulent, but either is unacceptable..

    WHAT'S WRONG WITH MODERN LIFE? Can't contact useless @TalkTalk by phone. SMS says engineer will come with 3 days. Meantime called @LloydsBank about my complaint. I was meant to get a call. Telephone agent said someone would be in contact (about the same complaint) within 8 weeks!

    @TalkTalk have not had Internet for a week and I called everyday this week but still there has been no resolution.  I am paying for a service that I have not received.  I have tried to cancel my contract but have been told that it will cost me, how is this ethical or fair!!

    My utterly useless TalkTalk broadband has gone down again and it's impossible to contact them. If there were not professional reasons preventing me, I would leave this company. Like @LloydsBank it's been nothing but hassle for me. Their online/call centre service is dire.
