@UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@TalkTalk Disgusting service, email down nearly 48 hours, lots of chat on the forums but your service status says all is well. Gave up after 30 mins waiting for someone to reply on live chat. You can forget one renewal at least in a few months.

@TalkTalk Hi, I've seen a few people on Twitter having the same issue as me with #talktalk #email I use Outlook on PC and Samsung stock Email app to manage accounts on Tab & Phone. Apparently Samsung App last Sync was 00:11 Sunday 12/12/21. Logged into #Webmail but no joy either
