    @TalkTalk hi I still need help sorting out my Internet. It was very frustrating yesterday when I had gone through various checks with someone via DM only to then not get a response for 4 hours.

    @TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

    @TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

    @TalkTalk Been sending so many DMs with no response. I'm fed up. You just cannot phone me to help. Been leaving so many messages. You've even set up another direct debit but still refuse to send someone to help set me up. I'm disgusted.

    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    @TalkTalk Hi Beth, feel free to look into it, it’s been going on for months!I received a text confirming customer service would be calling today between 4-6pm which I’ve made sure I’m free for, I get a missed call today at 10:22 from an 0800 number and then a new text for 3rd sept call!

    @Helen0702Kate @TalkTalk I also had similar issue. Support service were just useless until I got help from netcompanion on Instagram who helped me with my WiFi . Send a dm if u still need help with urs

    @TalkTalk Totally frustrated,complained to TT today re perpetually slow Bb,I am told(as always) that all is well and the fault may be in in my house.All homes around mine are upgraded with the new fast Bb and can access speeds up to 35mb/s, I have at best 1 and TT wont Help.Cost £70/mth.
