    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

    @sophiedennis My Mum's ancient laptop bit the dust back in 2020 and her WiFi was crap so I bought her a new laptop and upgraded the WiFi to include Virgin TV. She won't learn how to use them. I found out that she'd had a Talktalk TV box for years but hadn't used it too. No reasoning with her

    @TalkTalk @Plusnet Jessie, I DM'd you. You've switched the broadband off and refunded the difference with the bill so I don't get what your problem with the phone number is. The request to switch was in my name which you did anyway.
