@charliehalkett @TalkTalk They're awful, you should switch away from them ASAP if you can. Some providers like BT will buy your contract out, if you switch to them, if you're lucky. :)

Is there worse customer service than @Talktalk? It’s always painstakingly long to get through to anyone for help. They’ve price hiked twice in 6 weeks, so trying to cancel my account. Spent 30 mins going through copy and paste answers only to be told they can’t help!!
