    @TalkTalk Lost my Internet connection about an hour ago. Ran line test and problem at exchange that must have occurred this morning. Text from you says 2-3 working days to fix. This is ridiculous that I will potentially be without Internet yet no discount for loss of service! 🤬

    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    Dear Christ, @TalkTalk. What a **** show joining you as a customer has been. Engineers not showing. Not moving main service. GUARANTEEING a minimum speed of 100mbs, when I’m actually getting 3mbs!! Live chat doesn’t work. Wife has been on a call to you for almost two hours! ARGH!

    @TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

    Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

    @TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

    @TalkTalk I have a relative who is a priority customer of yours and relies on the landline and broadband for medical reasons. Its been 2 weeks and her fault has not been fixed, leaving her with no phone or Internet. Its really not acceptable. Openreach investigated initially and

    @cjcheesecake I was a Talktalk engineer, got called out to an old boy with slow internet. Did the line checks, it was excellent so went round. Internal wiring all good. Got him to turn on his pc then browser, he literally had 100 tabs open all porn sites. Bless him.

    @TalkTalk Maybe for your next new customer, don't tell them to stay home from 8am with no WiFi waiting for an engineer that was never due. Just send them the router tracking link

    @TalkTalk Your service is an absolute disgrace! I have been without internet for almost 24 hours! I have now been told that I must wait 72 hours until a specialist contacts me. How does this make sense? Why is your service so slow and why do you rarely resolve technical issues YOU cause!
