@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@dutaut @TalkTalk I have done in the past and their level of service was an issue when would you believe a member of staff called me Madam back in 2010 and then got a £10 reimbursement on my bill by way of an apology after I complained about the way in which I was dealt with when I paid my bill.

@TalkTalk customer service via Chat is abysmal. My services weren’t terminated 6weeks ago as per my email confirmation from TalkTalk received after transferring to BT. Received more bills since this and trying to get these sorted is proving much more difficult than it should be!
