A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

When @TalkTalk “refund” you because your wifi doesn’t work, forgets to send the voucher for 4 months, credits your account instead so you can “withdraw”, then tells you that the withdrawal thing was a lie and your credit can only be spent at talktalk. Rubbish customer service.

@TalkTalk please help, phone lines useless. 91yr old nan has moved, no phone line as yet. I live 2 1/2 hours away so can’t pop to help her. She was told it would be transferred across on the 20th. She lives alone so no phone line is a worry!

@CliveTripp @TalkTalk @CliveTripp breach of contract which means you can cancel at any time without continuing contract as they have not fulfilled. They will have to refund for no service plus any data your family has paid for etc
