@TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

@TalkTalk Yes, the inability of my e-mail account to receive messages since the so-called "upgrade" at 10.00 on Friday. I have a pipex.dial account. Can you tell me when I will be able to retrieve my e-mail? And why have customers not been contacted about this prolonged outage?

@TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

I'm posting my problems with TalkTalk to emphasise my point that the railway social media teams are ahead of not just other transport modes but other industries. The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

@TalkTalk Becky. This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

@TalkTalk my wifi is awful it was good the first week or so now its unusable. I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

@TalkTalk I have spoken to numerous customer care staff & every time being told it will get sorted. I am now at the point to make a formal complaint so please can you send me a contact number to do so. I’ve also discovered my landline is still active at the previous address. Not good 😡

@talktalk the worst customer service EVER our internet has been down since Friday and we our phone number is the local schools - despite daily phone calls messages pleading for help nothing - our neighbours who are with other providers have had theirs fixed by @BTOpenreach1

@TalkTalk why do you think it is okay to charge a customer for a service they didn't receive? She signed up for broadband with your company then you never sent her a router but still charged her, when it was impossible for her to have the service as she didn't have the equipment!

@TalkTalk very disappointed. Internet due to be activated 5th July but has been postponed until 16th July. Not easy when working from home. Offered one-month free as compensation but won't even cover the cost of the slow, unreliable 4G Hotspot I've set up in the meantime.
