@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

.@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

Our router has stopped giving out #IPaddresses , seems the #DHCP service has failed, a factory reset didn't fix it. I've had to set up another #DHCP svr

Openreach phoned up and said it's a quick fix, change ports this made no difference. He said nothing more they can do its down to Talktalk. Rang them another 1hr 20mins they have said Openreach need to come out , didn't turn up , another call, 1hr 40 Openreach booked again.
