Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

@TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

@TalkTalk 3 times ringing back to your technical team just to be cut off each time. Told they need to run a line test when your router blew up. I JUST NEED A NEW ROUTER THE LINE IS FINE. I'm actually going to go down to their office in Salford soon. Lack of support is unreal.
