    I'm posting my problems with TalkTalk to emphasise my point that the railway social media teams are ahead of not just other transport modes but other industries. The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

    @TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

    @TalkTalk my wifi is awful it was good the first week or so now its unusable. I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

    @TalkTalk Becky. This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

    @TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

    @TalkTalk Yes, the inability of my e-mail account to receive messages since the so-called "upgrade" at 10.00 on Friday. I have a pipex.dial account. Can you tell me when I will be able to retrieve my e-mail? And why have customers not been contacted about this prolonged outage?

    @EnfieldTTT @MissCherry_xo @TalkTalk 7+ years with talktalk, few early minor issues and many bad routers but the new WiFi Hub is great and my connection is spot on. Customer service is generally great. It's also cheap :) compared to BT who i constantly had issues & customer service is trash, talktalk do me good.

    @LifeInKilburn TalkTalk are good. If there's a problem, they do fix it quickly. Last time we had an outage (last year early on in first lockdown), they were out within one working day and it turned out our wifi box had gone wonky xx

    @TalkTalk I've been having intermittent problems for a few days but now my Internet won't stay connected for more than 5 minutes at a time, what is going on? I've turned it off for an hour I've reset the last 3 days and nothing is making it better.
