    @talkSPORT2 @talkSPORT I wouldnt know . The game hasn't started yet in my house due to the fact I have the terrible broadband service that is @TalkTalk . Absolute shambles when footy is on . Do not sign up for these if you are considering a new supplier. Total disgrace.

    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me canโ€™t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK If that happens I'll just cancel my dd and accept a number change. I don't understand how one of the biggest broadband companies don't have the technology to move their staff to home working and continue operating.

    @CaseyDoran @TalkTalk @thinkbroadband Still down due to broken fiber apparently. My phone data is crap in the flat here as well (thanks @ThreeUKSupport) so I can't even watch Netflix or YouTube and I've had to for a run. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @gigaclear Connection down, no customer service or support on existing tickets. No complaint reply. New customer woes continue. Major issues advised since May, no resolution, no progress, no apologies. No hope. Makes @TalkTalk customer support look 1st class #SOS

    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (ยฃ31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @TalkTalk My contract ended May 2026. I declined renewal, returned my router, and was explicitly promised NO fees on the phone. Now I'm being chased for a ยฃ21.05 bill (including admin fees) for a closed account! Your phones aren't connecting. DM me to fix this immediately.

    So then this guy asks for ยฃ1 deposit refundable I am reassured to solve my problem presumably on behalf of @Talktalk who are my erstwhile WiFi suppliers but have gone into cyberspace โ€ฆ.after a few exchanges he says for ยฃ22 he will connect to my system abc solve it for me ?

    @Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts itโ€™s best

    @TalkTalk @WF2K_ You can see why so many customers refuse to deal with the social media team. We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided
