The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. So my housemate who works for the NHS will have to go back into work this weekend.

Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

I’ve spent 2 days and 2 hours on the damn chat service and no one will give me a the price for Broadband minus line rental. Have been a customer for almost 15 years…can’t get a straight answer.
