Simon (@SuperSimon1234) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@TalkTalk Hello. Yet again my internet is down. The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. So my housemate who works for the NHS will have to go back into work this weekend.
-
nick gunning (@nickjg999) reported from Harlow, England@TalkTalk This isn't good enough! Having an excuse in small print is not a defense against misleading advertising or mis-selling services. I note, also, that you are intending to increase the charge for this service in January by £2 a month as well as hiking your already exorbitant rates.

sןoH 🙃 (@Hols_79) reported from Abridge, England@Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

-
Agent PBA (@butchermatt) reported@TalkTalk Customer service don't listen, don't care, don't empathise & appear to have no humanity. Don't tell me you have rules and procedures when I'm not asking you to break any rules or procedures. I want to pay a final bill & return your equipment. Nothing confidential there!
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@flatherings @TalkTalk The company is collapsing. They are flogging off parts as quickly as they can find bigger fools to buy them. Their support is useless, because they don't actually read the complaint, they just read whatever notes their colleagues make.
-
Steven A. McKay (@SA_McKay) reportedTalkTalk really bad for anyone else over the past few days? Either really slow or just down completely for minutes at a time. @TalkTalk
-
Angus (@Angus_02) reported@TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reportedFor the second month running, @Talktalk have tried closing a complaint ticket by pretending not to have received a reply. The quality of @TalkTalkGroup's (presumably outsourced) African support centre is appalling. #TalkTalk should be avoided.
-
Deelo (@DeeloOfficial) reported@TalkTalkBiz Hi, I’m a Utility Warehouse broadband customer. Since switching from Vodafone, my PS5 has had severe online gaming lag. Could this be due to latency or routing on the TalkTalk Wholesale network? Any advice would be appreciated.
-
Tommy McNulty (@mcnulty_tommy) reported@TalkTalkGroup absolute disgrace. Impossible to contact due to account number, log ins etc being forgotten (my 80 year old dad) and now we’ve cancelled and gone with Sky you won’t stop calling the poor man, causing him real upset. Scum bags #talktalk
-
Steven A. McKay (@SA_McKay) reported@Hayz35Hw @TalkTalk I'm on live chat with them now, apparently there's some fault between them and my house so I need to do some tests. Which probably doesn't help you but suggests it's a fault at my end, so yours may resolve itself on its own soon

Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?
