@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@LundJodie @TalkTalk There you go. Cant talk to anyone . Went on the chat with 3 different operators yesterday. They basically blamed me, even though their own speed test said that I was not getting what I'm paying for! Wrong choice of provider . 1 month in they have let me down dramatically!

@ThatRyanChap Same happened for me a couple of days ago. I’m with VM which isn’t talktalk but the problem was the child protection settings had been ramped up overnight. I logged onto my account today and switched them all off and problem solved. It’s probably the same with talk talk

@rachelizzza Found you post when looking to see if people had same problem. What ISP are you using? I get playback errors when using TalkTalk wifi on both phone and laptop. If disconnect from wifi on phone and use 4G it works fine. I wonder if it is a TalkTalk/Twitter combination issue.
