    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk could someone contact me about broken broadband please. Spent 2 long hours on the phone last night, told it should be fixed by midnight....still issues. Also letters sent to customers have wrong info in them

    @TalkTalk customer care is great in creating infinite loops... 🤣 In their website they tells you to contact customer care and th customer send you an email with a link to the initial page. #badcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup hello, can someone help! Broadband still not working after 2 very long hours yesterday evening on phone to customer services, was told it would be fixed by midnight! Letter sent to customers with wrong info and no customer comms. Very dissatisfied

    @TalkTalk so frustrated lack of support and service. Customer in cooling of period. Now moving to @SkyUK but @talktalk talking rubbish. Even engineer told me they don’t know what they are going!!!!

    A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

    Those #talktalk or #BT scam phone calls that leave me seething, other than being obviously abusive, I’ve thought of 2 possibilities, say wait whilst I turn on my pc and leave ‘en hanging, or press my brass honker down the phone...

    @TomMaloneJr @TalkTalk I had fun with TalkTalk back in April when they had ZERO customer service due to lockdown. It took 3 months. Currently on the phone to HSBC with a LOOONG wait to claw back £399 from direct debit. Technology schmology!

    @TalkTalk i am having issues connecting to the Internet for the last couple of days. The connection keeps cutting in and out. My dad has called customer services and suggested that it may be the setup. I have checked and there is no issue Is there an outage in the London region?

    @TalkTalk I have made 3 phones since 1st Dec. Two emails to your complaints dept. I have been told on each call I would be called back as the systems were down. I was also told my account would be closed. Heard nothing.

    @TalkTalk we have been without internet from the 22nd of December and I was told it would be fixed on the 28th December and it’s the 29th today and it is still not fixed. This is poor
