The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. I note, also, that you are intending to increase the charge for this service in January by £2 a month as well as hiking your already exorbitant rates.

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
