I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. They basically blamed me, even though their own speed test said that I was not getting what I'm paying for! Wrong choice of provider . 1 month in they have let me down dramatically!

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. Can you help pls.
