    @TalkTalk We’re moving home and changing provider which is why I wanted to cancel the services. It shouldn’t take almost 90 mins to do that! 😡

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    .@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

    @TalkTalk Seems to be working now. But recently on many occasions I get Red light & I pull out router power plug & push it back in. Service is becoming patchy at times

    @TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    @TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

    @adamtomes4 @TalkTalk Probably not. Talk talk kicks me off every night at midnight for at least an hour. There are hundreds (more likely thousands) of their customers experiencing the same issue. Good luck getting them to sort it.

    @TalkTalk I've been unable to get Live Chat open on your website after running every possible combination of trouble shooting. I'm not getting my guaranteed download speeds, and have been facing intermittent connection issues. Can you provide a phone number to talk to someone?

    @onlyapound @TalkTalk Talk Talk failed 7 times to install broadband before I gave up and went elsewhere. I found that Senior Customer Manager must be a made up title because they had no more authority or control than anyone else. Found it very frustrating having to explain the situation every call.

    @BestCuppaFanta Virgin doesn’t do our area. Vodafone do our area and offer landlines but she refuses cause she had bad experiences with signal in the past. We are on talktalk which only offer landline with the lowest internet package 💀
