@TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@LouG17 @nigelbradley @TalkTalk Same here. Done a Factory Reset kept recordings made no difference. I'm not prepared to do a software reset & lose all my recordings. Never had a problem before with clock hour changes 😱 Please TalkTalk sort this out 😡.

I've had problems paying direct debits recently. I've found out that @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup have told BT to physically cut my phone to prevent me getting incoming calls & making emergency calls. Don't use TalkTalk for phone or broadband - they don't care about customer safety.
