The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you wonโt get an update until Monday. This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?
