@TalkTalk A phone call to say I am looking after you and we are going to do a hard reset. Switch off for 30 minutes and I will call you back. Two hours later. Nothing. Just like the internet. Honestly terrible customer services. Dreadful.

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

Dear Christ, @TalkTalk. What a **** show joining you as a customer has been. Engineers not showing. Not moving main service. GUARANTEEING a minimum speed of 100mbs, when I’m actually getting 3mbs!! Live chat doesn’t work. Wife has been on a call to you for almost two hours! ARGH!

@TalkTalk Hello. Yet again my internet is down. The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. So my housemate who works for the NHS will have to go back into work this weekend.

@TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

@virginmedia Last access to email was Oct 1. I was with Virgin for landline & broadband until they were taken over by TalkTalk. Not current cable customer. Password I've been using for 10+ years not recognised. Tried to reset but security answer and DOB apparently incorrect. They are not.

Can anyone help? I haven’t cancelled my internet with TalkTalk & tomorrow I get @virginmedia fibre installed. Will this cause issues having two lines? One fibre and one through the BT phone line or do I need to cancel it in the morning? 🤔

Need answers @TalkTalk I called to cancel in September and it wasn't done - so I cancelled my direct debit and I've been hounded with emails about late payments. I called again to cancel and I've been hung up on 4 times in a row... Sort that out!
