This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. -
Nicko (@lillywobbles) reported@TalkTalk Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. One and a half hours in ‘chats’ trying to cancel a contract only to be then told to email help@talkmobile . Almost certainly not UK based as well. Useless
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

-
TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@DeborahNeedham Hi Debzzz, sorry for the worry! If you’re an active TalkTalk customer and emails linked, you shouldn’t be asked to pay for your email service. This message may have been sent in error. -Mandisa

NP (@NPhil1) reported@TalkTalk I had no WiFi and because in my area there’s hardly any signal I couldn’t check with you on line so my option was to call you only to being told that you’re not open. Is it too hard to leave us a message to let us know that there is an issue?
-
mpc (@Scampicus) reported@TalkTalk It’s an absolute joke. You ask irrelevant questions via your chat bot and then hang up telling me you’ve tested. I have had no chance to explain the problem. Worst customer service I’ve come across in years. And ‘ phoning on behalf of someone with a disability
