A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

Hi @TalkTalk please can you confirm if there is an issue today with Internet connection ? WFH and face repeated, intermittent down time all day. Seems to have became more frequent as the day has went on, making the ability to work impossible. (Glasgow area)

Worst company to deal with @TalkTalk wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Slow speeds, terrible staff, can’t process a simple cancellation. Don’t make the mistake of getting stuck into a deal with these cowboys.
