@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk Still trying to. After calling and being told to call back in 2 hrs due to call centre problems I tried the online chat. This has been going on for 1 hr 7 mins so far!

.@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

.@TalkTalk this got deleted by you earlier. You moved my new install date from the 22nd of August to September 6th today. My broadband is being cut off tomorrow leaving me with no service for nearly 3 weeks. I rang and apparently you can't keep me connected. Poor customer service

My @TalkTalk experience. Part 2. An agent called to ask if my problem had been solved after today’s (cancelled) visit. I explained that the problem was not solved. She said she’d look into it and asked if I’d hold. I said no, she said she’d call me back. That was 5 hrs ago.
