    @talkSPORT2 @talkSPORT I wouldnt know . The game hasn't started yet in my house due to the fact I have the terrible broadband service that is @TalkTalk . Absolute shambles when footy is on . Do not sign up for these if you are considering a new supplier. Total disgrace.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

    @gigaclear Connection down, no customer service or support on existing tickets. No complaint reply. New customer woes continue. Major issues advised since May, no resolution, no progress, no apologies. No hope. Makes @TalkTalk customer support look 1st class #SOS

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk Joke of a company! I haven’t defaulted a payment in 3 years, called and disconnected after moving home, now I’ve received a bill for £80 claiming that no calls were logged and I never disconnected. JOKERS! AVOID THIS COMPANY! YET AGAIN DODGEY FOREIGN CALL CENTRES!

    @TalkTalk I have spent over 20 hours calling your call centres. Promised calls back never happen. Over 2 months and still issues not finalised. Less that 1 ring call back colleague confirmed this is normal and usual. Where to start with this.

    @TalkTalk I think I must have gone through verification for the millionth time!!! Still can't get them to cancel. Being passed around departments for weeks now. Everyone even DM team on twitter avoiding ownership
