@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

.@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

@TalkTalk Out of contract after 18 months and not being able to cancel the internet fibre service in the initial 14 day cooling off period, i was just charged an extra £35.36 instead of £24 all because i wanted to cancel while being OUT OF CONTRACT! Total rip off! Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS
