Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

It's only started doing this for the last week or so but it's a ******* pain in the *** if I've not been able to sleep, or if I've woken up early. Especially if I'm working on stuff at the time
