@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk has the worst customer service I've even witnessed in my life. Shocking and appalling. I've had to cancel everything after waiting 7 days to get set up. 3 cancelled engineer appointments and spent 7 hours on the phone. PLEASE avoid Talktalk like the plague. STAY AWAY!!
