@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

Whilst we're talking about @talktalk what is everyone doing regarding UFO? We've been told its migrating 'soon' but had that info for a few months now. Never usually have issues and it's great speed, so don't want a downgrade service.
