Volkan (@Volkz20) reported from Enfield Lock, EnglandA 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! -
sןoH 🙃 (@Hols_79) reported from Abridge, England@Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.
-
Sebastian Ovide (@sebastianovide) reported from London Colney, England@TalkTalk customer care is great in creating infinite loops... 🤣 In their website they tells you to contact customer care and th customer send you an email with a link to the initial page. #badcustomerservice
-
sןoH 🙃 (@Hols_79) reported from Abridge, England@Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK If that happens I'll just cancel my dd and accept a number change. I don't understand how one of the biggest broadband companies don't have the technology to move their staff to home working and continue operating.
-
Paul Clarke (@Clarko2000) reported from Welwyn, EnglandIf we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)
-
sןoH 🙃 (@Hols_79) reported from Abridge, EnglandHi @talktalk could you let me know how I can cancel my Internet with you. Phonelines and chat bot all closed.

Me (@Smudge1208) reported@Ryan01020304061 @TalkTalk Hi, my talktalk is down too. Have you got a personal hotspot on your phone data? I had an equipment problem earlier this month and lost internet and while I was waiting for the new cable to be delivered, I hooked my Sky Stream and my smart tv up to my phones hotspot - worked
-
JamesOMahoney (@JamesOMahoney) reported@TalkTalk I will be adding my own Public Reviews on @TalkTalk and how disgraceful they are as a company to profit from Dead Customers. Your Management & Directors have no shame for Appauling Customer Services
-
Danny Alessandrelli (@DannyA2103) reported@TalkTalk The email that was sent to customers is very poor communication and misleading. Whoever drafted that email and whoever approved it to go out to customers should be advised accordingly
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄
-
TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@DeborahNeedham Hi Debzzz, sorry for the worry! If you’re an active TalkTalk customer and emails linked, you shouldn’t be asked to pay for your email service. This message may have been sent in error. -Mandisa

-
Nelia@the madhouse (@Nelia23893053) reported@Jenny_1884 Yes I have one and my downloads have gone up from 19mbs to 99/100mbs. Their customer service is brilliant and I'm ditching talktalk.
-
Nicko (@lillywobbles) reported@TalkTalk Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. One and a half hours in ‘chats’ trying to cancel a contract only to be then told to email help@talkmobile . Almost certainly not UK based as well. Useless
