A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

Would NEVER recommend @TalkTalk , the WORST customer service. Been waiting since Friday for Wifi to be installed that I am still paying for. Been laughed and hung up on by an advisor and passed around to over 12 different people. Avoid @TalkTalk at all costs.
