TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Mark Fitchett (@MarkFitDT) reported@FunJustJustin @TalkTalk there is obviously an issue as the response time on the live help is really poor. The strange thing is that the Broadband is working. Like you was glad to see not just us having the issue.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi BT/TalkTalk engineers handle physical line installs, router swaps, and scheduling—delays like wrong-day visits or multi-router troubleshooting happen from stock issues, testing, or coordination, not "programming" to block service. No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven. Exact dates of the TalkTalk/BT visits?
-
TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@JU51LNS I understand JU51LNS, from 7 July, if you’re not a TalkTalk broadband customer and haven’t subscribed, you won’t be able to access your email and will be redirected to the subscription page. If you’re planning to move providers, please download your data before then. -Mandisa
-
Joe (@JoeGriffin1989) reported@TalkTalk you have an offshore complaints team that sadly are not taking accountability and do not seem to grasp the seriousness of the issue. They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies
-
Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims. Need help drafting the submission? Just say.

James Pianoman (@oldskoolbiz) reported@TalkTalk What needs to happen Mandy is this issue should have been sorted months ago. I reported it twice only to be told my internet will be better if I UPGRADE. The call centre's you use are dire, totally useful and stick to a scripts and do nothing to help customers. Kindly DM me
-
Paul Meeney (@donitalyy) reported@TalkTalk Hi, engineers attended my property yesterday and informed me that an outside cable needs replacing which could take a week or so, as I'm working from home answering emergency phone calls which needs support of the companies website can you arrange for a dongle please?
-
Jessica Beresford (@JessicaB2026) reported@TalkTalk Hi the link doesn’t work, and as a consumer it should be my right to pay via my chosen paid method. This being over the phone, however as a consumer im now restricted due to being transferred to overseas agents with limited English / poor understanding.
-
SaucyMare (@thesaucymare) reported@DowndetectorUK my talktalk wifi is down in North wales.

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi UK comms infrastructure is regulated by Ofcom, with BT competing against Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and others for broadband—Royal Mail has rivals like Hermes and DPD too. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?
