A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

@TalkTalk Poor Service my internet has not worked for a number of days i have not been able to work can not contact anyone at Talk Talk i thought service industries worked 24/7 365 days. No explanation. I do not have a good word to say about Talk Talk i will be leaving them.

@TalkTalk Laptop and camera not connecting (finding WiFi) the other devices connected on the 5ghz. But you lose signal as you walk away and don't switch over to the 2.4 for better signal.
