    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    @TalkTalk so frustrated lack of support and service. Customer in cooling of period. Now moving to @SkyUK but @talktalk talking rubbish. Even engineer told me they don’t know what they are going!!!!

    @TalkTalk I do not appreciate talk talk putting add ons to my bill without informing me or asking me, after spending over 30mins on the phone to Paul in customer services he has assured me that I will be credited on my April bill, and the mistake rectified for the future, I hope

    .@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

    @TalkTalk We’re moving home and changing provider which is why I wanted to cancel the services. It shouldn’t take almost 90 mins to do that! 😡

    NEVER EVER switch to TalkTalk under any circumstances. They are rotten without a proper customer service hotline or technical support. You will regret switching trust me.

    Eight days now with no resolution from @TalkTalk after they 'dumped' my email account when they upgraded to new servers! Probably hundreds of customers impacted @MoneyTelegraph

    @TalkTalk Still trying to. After calling and being told to call back in 2 hrs due to call centre problems I tried the online chat. This has been going on for 1 hr 7 mins so far!

    @TalkTalk that could help me but hurrah for @SkyUK while I was waiting over an hour to sort it out. Sky contacted TT and now sorted. @TalkTalk nothing but issues recommend to steer clear!

    Any internet recommendations? The amount of work I have lost due to @TalkTalk the past few weeks is unreal! Absolute appalling service. I don’t want part of my bill back I want my lost wages!

    @itsnotaball @TalkTalk Haha, thanks for the help but I don't think talktalk would have been any less useless no matter what they were using. It took them weeks to free up my phone line, I suspect contactless payments would be too complicated.

    @TalkTalk - after hearing nothing I called up today to find out it was never escalated . Can you please send this to the executive complaints team to actually get dealt with. I had the same 3 years ago and they were the only ones to sort it!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I have emailed my response for talk talk making me loose more money for not being able to fix a problem they have created! No manger will speak to me either! 1.5hrs on hold…a weeks wage lost as I cannot work!
