@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

@TalkTalk Internet has gone down 3 times today, third time I called as you suggested- 35 minutes for them to tell me as my internet has now finally gone back up there is nothing they can do! What a joke! What’s worse is it went on around 20 minutes into the call and they knew this

@ClareHi96670918 @TalkTalk Hi Clare, very similar issue with awful lack of support of my mum in her 80s too. She lost her landline and broadband. Her mobile signal is pretty non existent in her house but we were told this was not priority. 🤬. Mum was pretty much cut off especially as my sister is in Oz

@TalkTalk Currently been@on the phone to@you go about 4 hours. You cut our broadband yesterday for no apparent reason, just had one of your advisors pretend she couldn’t hear us and put the phone down.

@TalkTalk so instead of booking my house move, your staff have made a new account. I phoned and you said you would cancel the other account. This is not the case and now I have supposedly missed 3 payments which has been reported to the credit reference agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
