Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

@TalkTalk are a joke. Our broadband won’t go live and all they keep telling us to do is stick a pen in the back of the router. Getting no help whatsoever and nothing is resolving the issue. After 30 mins on the phone they say goodbye and wish us a good day?! 🤯

@TalkTalk so I try to log onto My Account and the page is constantly refreshing. I need to check my contract end date so I can leave you as your router and connection cant maintain device volumes over 7 connected. Can you support please by fixing your website.
