    A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

    I just got hit on by TalkTalk technical assistance while trying to fix my WiFi. He told me he loved my accent and asked me if I knew who Calum Scott was (he’s a big fan). Friday night is lit so far.

    Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

    @TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

    Talk talk are the only broadband/tv company that I have dealt with that have been really helpful and will do anything to keep you as a customer. Do love a discount😊 #talktalk

    @TalkTalk You have cut off my phone landline and degraded broadband. According to the customer service an unappointed booking for an Open Reach engineer has been made. Why don't you say you treat customers this badly in your adverts? #disappointed

    bit of advice. NEVER sign up for any services from @TalkTalk !! Worst company ever! 3 days and talking to 26 different advisors just to cancel an order because the engineer never showed up. Transfer you back and forward or hang up when they can’t sort it. Useless & Embarrassing

    @TalkTalk No thanks. Up to 13 hours on the phone over three days to simply cancel an order you never showed up to fulfil was plenty. Never again. Worst company ever

    @TalkTalk Nott for everyone!!!...Terrible service..called up after receiving a flyer for discount then called to be put only hold for 10mins...only to be advised they are only offering these prices for new customers..terrible service...not treating all customers fairly
