@TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

We need a replacement box and if that isn't forthcoming, I believe you will be in breech of our contract and I'll have to take our business elsewhere - not something I want to do because we're generally happy with @TalkTalk but at the moment I'm paying for an inferior service

@PiandNeko1 @TalkTalk Hopefully this is just a particularly bad glitch then. I’ve had a few trouble free years with them, but since broadband kept disconnecting on Fri - useless. As wheelchair user, I rely on Alexa, smart plugs etc etc for cat litter tray, wheelchair & lights. They know this too 🙀

@TalkTalk A long-time customer of yours, I recently installed an updated set-top box which was a direct replacement for the old one. We've had nothing but trouble with it since with issues such as;- Recordings locking up Live TV locking up Failures to record No picture, and more
