@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@TalkTalk is there anyone in your service centre? Can't get through to anyone on chat and most of the time it tells me there's no-one there! Connectivity is awful and losses are continuous. High latency and packet loss, I have better 'luck' on 4G!

@TalkTalk They have not been restored in Eastleigh. My mother's phone is still just engaged signal if she tries to dial and if I phone her it's dead. Her broadband is fine. She doesn't have a mobile. She's 93. Your automated service came back and said her line seemed ok. It's not.

@TalkTalk Same issue as this in Worcestershire. Get an engaged tone when dialling out and "unable to connect your call" for inbound calls. Unable to make or receive calls since around 2100 last night
