    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    @TalkTalk You ask everyone to DM, but the problem lies with you. I've seen many other people complaining all around. Day 3 of Internet issues and on your own website, the "planned" maintenance today on the 5th from 00.01am - 06.00am, now the date is the 6th on that page. "Planned btw"

    @TalkTalk I have now received an email giving me an incidence number and an actual person seems to be talking to me directly - so who knows, maybe this is a step forward ? If it doesn't help I will DM you.... but I don't want to confuse anyone by having 2 investigations at the same time.

    @TalkTalk Internet service to Bingley is still intermittent. According to your Help Desk, this is an exchange issue requiring a physical cable fix which could take until the end of today. Why can't you provide these sort of updates on here to keep us informed.
