    @TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

    @TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

    @TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says it’s being dealt with when it clearly isn’t. Please advise and help.

    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    For those that are interested: TalkTalk absolve themselves of any blame and suggest I either a) connect directly to the router, thus negating the need for WiFi entirely, or b) purchase an extender system out of my own pocket, because their service is substandard. Great, thanks

    @TalkTalk Internet down again in Barry, South Wales. Happened all too often recently. Also miraculously coincides with getting daily phone calls to offer a new service as my contract runs up in a couple of months.

    Absolute Joke @TalkTalk 3 weeks without internet at home. Fobbed off by staff telling me what I want to hear. Have been given 3 different excuses today what the fault could be. 20 days on and now even more confused.. maybe you could help @BBCWatchdog
