    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

    @ScarphaceUK @EnfieldTTT @TalkTalk I agree with this. I think the majority of my issues simply stem from the fact I live in a top floor flat. The company have been 10/10! They're the only company that have been super understanding about my MH, cant fault that one bit
