    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

    @TalkTalk I'm sorry - I do on a regular basis and verification and then checks which all comes to nothing wastes 3 or 4 hours. I simply can't keep complaining. I pay for catchup and it's too slow to work.

    Just a word of warning Never ever use @TalkTalk Never ever give them your custom They are nothing but a set of scammers If @skytv can cancel there and then why do they make you pay another month? If your elderly parents use them change it now It’s a nightmare and a scam

    @johnfletch24 @TalkTalk I agree-@talktalk customer service is ABYSMAL. They constantly fob you off & send you round in circles between their phone line (which takes hours), texts, online chat, app, etc, then say a fault has been resolved when it obviously hasn't 🤬 I've had enough, am switching provider
