    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    Customer service is so rarely good from phone/broadband providers. Currently @TalkTalk are proving so frustrating and stop answering your messages with no explanation. Who should I change to?

    @TalkTalk giving conflicting information every single time I contact them. I was told twice that a BT Openreach Engineer would be sent out and twice that one won’t be sent out. Today I was told Talktalk would fix the issue remotely within 5 working days. A disgrace

    @TalkTalk Despite me giving you 2 wks notice of house move I’m still waiting for internet.. setup meant to be 19th Nov, every time I call you @WeAreOpenreach are being blamed but no resolution. And your phone lines are closed today despite it saying they’re open 9-6 on website 👍🏼
