A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@VodafoneUK switched Broadband to you 3 weeks ago. Wife and kids now hate me as the WiFi is awful, drops out all the time and the router range is about 4ft. I wish we had remained overpaying @TalkTalk. At least the internet worked when they were ripping us off.

@TalkTalk leaving 90 year old in the current pandemic without mobile communications for a 16.50 out of plan charges although his is a DD customer. After 2hours today still not resolved #awfulcustomerservices £14.50 of this was a 29mins to a 0151 national number for 50ppm.
