@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk your television advert says things that come as standard should be free.. then how did you come to the decision to shut down people's talktalk email addresses unless they pay £5 a month. I don't know any other company that charges for a standard email address

@TalkTalk TERRIBLE COMPANY, DISHONEST AND LIARS.Agreed a Fibre 65 contract £24 a month for 18 months. Talktalk increased to over £40 a month. Terrible customer service as well. Impossible to make a formal complaint.
