    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    @TalkTalk are literally the worst. No internet since Tuesday- called them everyday to sort it out. Made us wait all week the tonight us they will send an engineer on MONDAY! 👍🏼 10/10 shite company with 10/10 shite customer service 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    @TalkTalk so I rang up to renew two contracts but have been left so disappointed with the customer service I've ended up cancelling both. That's 41 minutes and 42 seconds I won't get back.

    @hobbitoncentral It’s extremely worrisome. For those who aren’t particularly clued up. My mum gets fake phone calls from “TalkTalk”. I’ve told her to just hang up. If she’s in doubt ring 100 and the real TalkTalk answer. She’s 88

    That time of year again... Can't upgrade on-line - can't remove an option I don't want. Twenty minute wait in call queue - to be cut off because they have an error. Can't start a chat because they are busy! Why do I put up with this crap from @TalkTalk?
