@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

I pay my TalkTalk bill in advance, I gave them 30 days notice. They cut me off with 2 weeks to go because my new provider was good to go. And now @TalkTalk want to bill me for cutting my service short. Hahaha what a joke of a company!! YOU OWE ME MONEY!!

Yesterday I spent all day trying to sort that our @TalkTalk Internet has been down since Sunday. A total of 3 hours on calls & chats to be told wait it out & it would be back this morning...nope. Guess I'm paying for even more mobile data again!! Customer service is disgraceful😡
