@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

Just got my full fibre broadband installed through @TalkTalk and the speed is amazing. Not impressed at having basic features such as content filters or parental controls locked behind a subscription service with @eerosupport though! This has been standard on every router ever.

@TalkTalk That's why they offered fibre upgrade for free. It's rubbish! Never had a fault that lasted that long (4 days) when I had copper wire internet (Tiscali, Sky or Talktalk themselves). Don't upgrade! Or you'll regret it.

@talktalk. Phone made tonyou from 12.30 today and it is now 15.54 and problem not solved and constantly refused to be pu to complaint departments. Have been callinng since 8th of July 2021, still waiting for managers to call back and still telling manager will call back @ofsted
