@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk Yesterday I sent an email to the CEO of TalkTalk regarding the dreadful interaction I have had with Customer and Technical Services. I have been unable to make or receive calls for 12 days now. If I do not get a response by noon tomorrow I will publish it here.

@virginmedia answered my call, sent an engineer out and fixed my broadband all for free within 24 hours. Last year talktalk charged me £80 on top of my bill & made me wait 2 weeks, all for an engineer to come tell me he couldn't fix the same problem 🙄
