@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@TalkTalk Just replied. Your staff just accused me of lying when I said an Openreach engineer had come into my house yesterday. He said they don't do that. Well they did yesterday. Yet your staff insisted they didn't. Awful customer service...he's in the wrong job or needs training.

@DiegoNe13102989 @TalkTalk I thought Virgin was bad but TalkTalk is worse. The person on the other end of the Web chat wanted me to take the face plate off the phone line socket. They told me I was "up and running" when it clearly wasn't and I never saw a technician yesterday. Ridiculous.
