Internet down again and spent over 6 hours trying to sort it with @TalkTalk. Customer service poor, just repeating process again and again (not the staffs fault) advised to power out for 20mins again and then message says they are closed! 🤬Time to move on …

@TalkTalk.wow I finally got my refund request approved it's only taken 22 days! ( Oh and I still need to wait up to 10 days for it to process) 4 customer service advisors later one actually did their job. "Outstanding" service. Can't wait to leave my contract.

last Nov my router broke after 6yrs usage. talktalk said no problem we"ll send a new one. nothing happened. they said it was a mistake on their end & resent it still nothing happened. After 3 weeks I cancelled & switched to bt superfast. T/TLK are now sending debt collectors l

@TalkTalk …and another thing…if you send Openreach engineers to install Full Fibre, at least give them some basic training in how to advise customers on reconnecting their apps/devices. Had installation last Thursday and shambolic ever since on my home network.
