They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. I was able to reschedule it to Friday thankfully, and will take time off work again. Is there a way I can raise this issue? as there's a severe lack of communication here.
