Thing is, Talk talk internet is using BT openreach cables so if a cable is bust, TalkTalk can't do anything other than call BT to fix it... Nevertheless, it still sucks.

Talktalk did not get notification of my contract coming to an end. February 2020 ofcom introduced. I rung to make sure u put phone down in the middle of it. In desperation i contacted trustpilot to make sure it was in full view u replied.

@TalkTalk I was told on Monday that the problem would be rectified by Friday its not,phoned today to be told there is a major outage and it will not be repaired till the 20th-23rd January, this is the first we have heard of this.
