@TalkTalk worst customer service ever ! No I do not agree to paying potential charges for an engineer coming out when I have not had the service that I pay for from you. If anything I would like compensation for having to use my data and not having the service I have paid for !

@biker_Ian Roll on September I can’t wait to ditch the useless @TalkTalk inept doesn’t begin to describe them & there overseas call centres are exactly that nobody speaks English consistently voted worst provider they must be proud of that award it’s the only one they have ever won

The Totally useless @Talktalk have sent me an email telling me they have cancelled sky sport as agreed but they have still managed to send me a bill that charges me for it. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

@becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

@talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

@TalkTalk No. They hung up whilst I was waiting and refused to end my contract but this is an ongoing issue... I just want to find a provider that works. It's not my fault you're in bleach of the Contract by not adhering to giving me Internet that works.

Be careful to check your bill if you’re a @TalkTalk customer - twice now they have re-added unlimited calls to my parents’ account at £14 without their permission. Bill this month £40 but should have been £26. They haven’t tried adding it to mine - are they targeting the elderly?

@TalkTalk Not sure how to DM you. My mother is with TalkTalk - phone line dead this afternoon tho it has come back again. This has happened 3 times this year and it is very hard to find someone to talk to who can sort out the problem quickly. She is 93 and is on her own much of the time.

@fesshole Everything after the first sentence was superfluous. Should have just written: "Our WiFi is **** cos my Dad got Talktalk." Yeah, he should be majorly ashamed for choosing TalkTalk. He brought great dishonour on your family for going with that company.
