@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have two open formal complaints waiting to be resolved including a £40 engineer charge that I wont be paying for, and fibre issues that have been ongoing and I'm still on ADSL slow speeds broadband

I have an ongoing complaint against @TalkTalk it seems that it’s beyond their capability to ring me from the UK. The overseas call centres are beyond useless at resolving issues when my contact is up it will probably be bye bye then

The Totally useless @Talktalk have sent me an email telling me they have cancelled sky sport as agreed but they have still managed to send me a bill that charges me for it. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

@talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

@PHIL180IOM @TalkTalk I’ve been with them a long time had a few hiccups along the way but generally find service quite good it’s just the overseas call centres that are totally useless got email address of UK director that normally gets things sorted

Honestly never experienced a worse helpline than @TalkTalk been hung up on 3 times and the woman on the live chat asked me the same questions at least twice. On the phone over an hour and still no further forward.

@Tia_Beanie Not sure which service you use them for - phone, or internet. For phobe (mobile) I use Vodafone For Internet (and landline) I use TalkTalk. Neither sends me spam mail. Both send me email bills, not paper ones.

@TalkTalk If I wanted a hard sell I'd have gone into a car dealership. Asking me why I'm leaving (twice!) at the IVR is annoying. Trying to get me to renew when I finally get through to a human by offfering a better deal is really demonstrating contempt for the customer.
