@Helen121 I am still reeling with her actions at @TalkTalk with a 7 month wait for internet When I asked her for compensation put in deadlock along with BTBusiness Baroness Dido Harding left Talk Talk she sold their shares at £3 +Their shares have never recovered now 76.5p @EUtopean #Marr

@gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

My 85 yr old Aunty has now had NO internet from @TalkTalk for 10 days and repeated NO SHOWS from engineers being blamed by TT on @openreach @BTGroup letting down this vulnerable single pensioner in not fixing her link to the outside world #disgraceful

@TalkTalk No it was some years ago but you haven’t changed it’s impossible to speak to somebody based in the U.K. even if it’s as important as winding up a deceased persons estate. You are pathetic at customer service when things go wrong

@TalkTalk Today I phoned to try and leave Talk Talk and held on the line after entering all my details I got through and answered why I wished to leave. Only then was I told that I would have to call back another day “as the system is down” apparently it has been down 4th Dec
