    @TalkTalk Online chat or by phone both give abysmal service, the advisors can’t understand English very well and things take an age to explain. I cannot wait until my contract is over and I can leave! It may be cheaper but it isn’t worth the saving.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, I asked if there was anything I could be upgraded to and I was only given chargeable products. I don't feel that I should have to pay extra when the initial router doesn't seem to be good enough. I want a sustainable solution rather than constant aggravation.
