@gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

They are not BT anymore.

.@TalkTalk all unable to help in any way or suggest how to get password information. Only suggestion is a call back from a supervisor within 48 hours! It would be easier to get access to her bank account. All to fix your equipment which has failed at an address you can confirm!
