Never EVER use @TalkTalk. NEVER! The FOURTH time this year our internet has stopped working and each time it takes DAYS for an emergency engineer to come out. (They don't work weekends, excuse me!?!) This time I have been fobbed off even more being told I will have a phone call

@TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

@TalkTalk hello, city fibre has been upgrading the fibre in my area, talk talk emailed me saying it was ready in the area and I can upgrade to full fibre now. Called customer support and have been told no such thing exists for me and I have to call city fibre. What's up with this

@TalkTalk You have by far the worst customer service I have ever come across! I have spoken with 21 advisors who just keep passing me to other departments! No one knows what they’re doing or even care!! It’s appalling!! I am going to start legal action if it is not resolved today
