    @TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

    @TalkTalk No it was some years ago but you haven’t changed it’s impossible to speak to somebody based in the U.K. even if it’s as important as winding up a deceased persons estate. You are pathetic at customer service when things go wrong

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @sjwarsap @TalkTalk We have had a lot of trouble with signal over last few months all due to roadworks All fine was affecting TV/Phone and Internet thankfully fine .Never get signal on our phone we have to go outside to use it. Virgin the dearest not the best for phone signal.
