My broadband and phone went off yesterday and I've been advised that it can take upto 3 working days for an engineer visit. Never had an issue with previous supplier in the 6 years..

Paid for faster fibre weeks ago and never had a higher speed than 69mbps (same as pre fibre) fantastic as an asd mum who relies on it for her entire TV, devices and SEN child routine!
