  • dizzytix
Em (@dizzytix) reported from Warrington, England

@TalkTalk my mums broadband was activated yesterday and it isn’t working. She can’t get hold of anyone so shall we cancel the DD as not paying for service if we can have it.

  • DrRosieAnthony
Rosie Anthony (@DrRosieAnthony) reported from Newton-le-Willows, England

I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

  • Matthew_Naylor1
Matthew (@Matthew_Naylor1) reported from St Helens, England

@TalkTalk poor customer service! Been with this company for years bills continue to rise no lloyaty... Always give new customers better deals! Time to move to a different company!

  • carcrashcharlie
Charlotte 🐝 (@carcrashcharlie) reported from Moulton, England

I have never known worse customer service than we have had from @TalkTalk over the past few WEEKS. Having spent over 5 FULL hours on the phone over multiple days trying to cancel, after never receiving the service we expected, we have received another letter saying we owe a 1/

  • Ed_Manning
Ed Manning (@Ed_Manning) reported from Birkenhead, England

As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

  • Andyw1803
Andy Wallace (@Andyw1803) reported from Kelsall, England

@TalkTalk hi, are you having any issues providing broadband in NE England? My broadband speed check showing <1mb. Any chance you could take a look to see if there are any problems on the network?

  • diygolf
John Pennington (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England

@gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

  • pedallingforfun
Pedalling For Fun (@pedallingforfun) reported from Northwich, England

@TalkTalk internet died on us at 3:25 this afternoon, got a text from TalkTalk saying an engineer needed to do some work outside the house in the next 2-3 days. Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

  • DanRileyy
Dan Riley (@DanRileyy) reported from Liverpool, England

@TalkTalk Done. The idiot on chat has just asked me again if my broadband has worked in the past. Cancel the whole order for us and I'll go with someone who isn't an incompetent clown

  • diygolf
John Pennington (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England

I have an ongoing complaint against @TalkTalk it seems that it’s beyond their capability to ring me from the UK. The overseas call centres are beyond useless at resolving issues when my contact is up it will probably be bye bye then

  • embedded_iot
Aʅҽx Lҽɳɳσɳ (@embedded_iot) reported from Seaforth, England

@alexbloor @TalkTalk I wouldn't do that. They have some ****** in customer relationship management. I tweeted her once and now Khrystin won't leave me alone

  • Eevee_Queen
Faith - Balthamos (@Eevee_Queen) reported from Seaforth, England

@becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

  • diygolf
John Pennington (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England

  • smiley_fraggle
Fraggle (@smiley_fraggle) reported from Warrington, England

@TalkTalk @SkyUK In additon I've requested a cancellation tonight via your live chat. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

  • diygolf
John Pennington (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England

@TalkTalk No it was some years ago but you haven’t changed it’s impossible to speak to somebody based in the U.K. even if it’s as important as winding up a deceased persons estate. You are pathetic at customer service when things go wrong

  • diygolf
John Pennington (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England

Well I get an letter from @TalkTalk offering me a new TV box if I take out a new contract ring up to do that and nobody knows anything about that in their useless call centres & DM to TalkTalk support fell on totally dear ears Major fail in customer relations 😡👎👎👎👎

@TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

  • WF2K_
    Kerrie (@WF2K_) reported

@TalkTalk I know because I've been told exactly that by your team and I never said I was frustrated? So I'm not sure why you assumed that.

  • Go4gold100
    MarionWindsor - #FBPE (@Go4gold100) reported

@TalkTalk "Accidentally turned on CallSafe (£1/m feature) instead of Last Caller Barring due to wrong code from AI tool. Your phone team says I have to wait 30 days to cancel, but it's a rolling boost. Please turn CallSafe off and add Last Caller Barring today."

  • CroneThe86880
    The Ancient Crone (@CroneThe86880) reported

@devilscustard @TalkTalk I had HUGE trouble with them several years ago when I moved to a house where they couldn't supply any service but they continued to take my money for 6 months and ignored all my communications to them, actually threatening me with bailiffs.

  • fliickernh
    Carla 🏠 (@fliickernh) reported

@TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer can’t come until next week. She’s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so can’t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?

  • TonyNotman49593
    Tony Notman (@TonyNotman49593) reported

@devilscustard @TalkTalk Typical behaviour of companies when you do not pay for the service they failed to provide. Better to ignore them. They will eventually go away. BT, Vodafone, and virgin have tried this with me.
