While on the phone to them they are saying it’s fine as I watch my tablet, tv and laptop all tell me full bars WiFi but buffer constantly!? How do I leave!? 😩🙏🤯

My service was taken over by BT on the 10th March 22, yet you still have charged me for services I haven't used from the 11th March

Pedalling For Fun (@pedallingforfun) reported from Northwich, England@TalkTalk internet died on us at 3:25 this afternoon, got a text from TalkTalk saying an engineer needed to do some work outside the house in the next 2-3 days. Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home.
