    @TalkTalk Phone number 01424893488..been told it is still some time to be resolved. Just seems to get run around .she has to walk half a mile up road to get a mobile signal..there are no neighbours ,, I am 200 miles away

    I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

    Back to not being able to get hold of my elderly mother again 200 miles away . over two weeks now . no neighbours, no phone no internet ... And no mobile signal in area .. why? @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach

    @TalkTalk How come your customer service desk didn’t know anything about this issue. I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone and they had me doing line checks. This is poor communication on Talk talk’s behalf. You should be called Talk Less 😬

    @TalkTalk I know #UtilityWarehouse use your Internet service. Are your experiencing problems today? I've had no Internet at home all day. I've been out but son been in and it was off sometime after 10am today. Its still not on now tried restarting router and nothing.

    @TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

    @TalkTalk I am having so much trouble to get my account closed and I have been on the phone to yourselves a number of times and I am at my wits end. My service was taken over by BT on the 10th March 22, yet you still have charged me for services I haven't used from the 11th March

    @TalkTalk internet died on us at 3:25 this afternoon, got a text from TalkTalk saying an engineer needed to do some work outside the house in the next 2-3 days. Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

    Have you had any problems related to the "The Emergency Data Base Team" or any related issues. We don't just want @TalkTalk customers to contact us, if this affects other phone providers. We are giving @TalkTalkGroup 7 days to give a fully detailed response to our questions.

    Never EVER use @TalkTalk. NEVER! The FOURTH time this year our internet has stopped working and each time it takes DAYS for an emergency engineer to come out. (They don't work weekends, excuse me!?!) This time I have been fobbed off even more being told I will have a phone call

    @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Good for you, too many people just pay it and don’t do anything about it. You have to stand up to these companies. Took me 18 mths to get issues sorted here with Eir but no way was I letting them get away with it. They rob people as it is, same as sky, charge way too much!

    @SophieEB @virginmedia Had nothing but trouble with Virgin and when I came to leave them their customer service assistant turned to rudeness & bullying tactics. Thankfully we have Ultra Fibre Optic from @talktalk highly recommend.
