Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

The FOURTH time this year our internet has stopped working and each time it takes DAYS for an emergency engineer to come out. (They don't work weekends, excuse me!?!) The other day, I joined his live on "TalkTalk" App, and he was interacting with viewers responding to comments, liking gifts, and engaging with people. Out of nowhere, he started swearing at me for no valid reason and even blocked me from the comments. It was honestly disappointing because I was just trying to show support and kindness, especially knowing how tough the industry in Mzansi can be. It’s sad to see such behavior, especially from someone who once lived a more comfortable lifestyle and now seems to be going through a different phase. Perhaps that also explains why his live sessions don’t attract many viewers anymore.
