    I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

    Back to not being able to get hold of my elderly mother again 200 miles away . over two weeks now . no neighbours, no phone no internet ... And no mobile signal in area .. why? @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach

    @TalkTalk I need Internet and not getting any help from talktalk. They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. Shocking service!

    @TalkTalk poor customer service! Been with this company for years bills continue to rise no lloyaty... Always give new customers better deals! Time to move to a different company!

    @TalkTalk I know #UtilityWarehouse use your Internet service. Are your experiencing problems today? I've had no Internet at home all day. I've been out but son been in and it was off sometime after 10am today. Its still not on now tried restarting router and nothing.

    @TalkTalk I am having so much trouble to get my account closed and I have been on the phone to yourselves a number of times and I am at my wits end. My service was taken over by BT on the 10th March 22, yet you still have charged me for services I haven't used from the 11th March

    @TalkTalk internet died on us at 3:25 this afternoon, got a text from TalkTalk saying an engineer needed to do some work outside the house in the next 2-3 days. Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

    What can I do about @talktalk ? They say no problems with internet. Engineer said same but get very little service. While on the phone to them they are saying it’s fine as I watch my tablet, tv and laptop all tell me full bars WiFi but buffer constantly!? How do I leave!? 😩🙏🤯

    @TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

    @TalkTalk Phone number 01424893488..been told it is still some time to be resolved. Just seems to get run around .she has to walk half a mile up road to get a mobile signal..there are no neighbours ,, I am 200 miles away

    Never EVER use @TalkTalk. NEVER! The FOURTH time this year our internet has stopped working and each time it takes DAYS for an emergency engineer to come out. (They don't work weekends, excuse me!?!) This time I have been fobbed off even more being told I will have a phone call

    @TalkTalk Intermittent to no service for almost 6 weeks now. And then to add insult to injury in my latest bill an engineer charge £75 when no fault my end?? Contacted technical team, told they'll get back in 2 working days, been 4 now still not been contacted. Beyond hopeless.😤

    @TalkTalk With the best will in the world, are you able to do anything different to your colleagues on chat/phone? I have had ‘personal assurances’ from at least three people… which considering the lack of resolution, feels a bit hollow at this point!

    @TalkTalk appalling service leaving a vulnerable elderly adult with no working WiFi or landline since 5/10/25. Poor communication and still not working. I have raised a complaint and instead of action, I get a text saying complaint has been resolved. No it has not!

    @TalkTalk my almost 88 year old mum has had her phone cut off for not receiving a bill that she’s never received … this is her only method of raising the alarm in the event of an emergency!!! Disgusting !!! 6 calls later it’s reconnected but blaming her for nonpayment 😠
