They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

I've had no Internet at home all day. I've been out but son been in and it was off sometime after 10am today. Its still not on now tried restarting router and nothing.

Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?
