Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. While on the phone to them they are saying it’s fine as I watch my tablet, tv and laptop all tell me full bars WiFi but buffer constantly!? How do I leave!? 😩🙏🤯

The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws.
