    @TalkTalk Your own website states i can leave within 20 days. Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. Any advice would be appreciated.

    As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

    @TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

    How bad are @TalkTalk 'oh we make home moving easy' load of crap. Passed around departments until I got the deaf non English person who cut me off. Waste of time.

    @TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

    @TalkTalk my mums broadband was activated yesterday and it isn’t working. She can’t get hold of anyone so shall we cancel the DD as not paying for service if we can have it.

    @TalkTalk My whole point about making a complaint to you is your utter refusal to give out a U.K. phone number or get someone based in the U.K. to ring me. I’ve no complaint at the moment other than I never received the latest TV box as promised but I’ve given up all hope of getting that

    @TalkTalk @SkyUK In additon I've requested a cancellation tonight via your live chat. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

    Piss poor service from @talktalk who claim to 'make moving house easy' passed around departments, ended up in Bangalore with someone who couldn't understand a word in a loud crowded call centre. Finally cut me off. Cheers

    @TalkTalk So i did the below & spent over an hour last night speaking to you guys. You ran tests, changed settings, took details & told me to switch it off again. Problem remains. I've been your customer for all of a week. I'm beyond disappointed. Id like to cancel and return to @SkyUK

    @TalkTalk Yeah since thursday my internet went down. The lights internet and data light keeps going offline. When I am on my PS4 it says my connection has failed.

    @dpouliot @talktalk We live in a very crooked world. TalkTalk internet company could not provide service to my daughter for technical reason but refuse to return deposit and threaten and want more. They are crooked greedy company. Need exposing here.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusting service you have cut off our Internet supply by mistake and now saying over 2 weeks till you can turn it back on I have now been hung up on 5 times today alone as no-one seems to be able to cancel my contract, over 3 days and 7 hours

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup .. absolutely shocking company. My mum ordered wifi for her new home, router never turned up. Hours of trying to get hold of someone when she finally got hold of someone useful on the phones, they told her its been sent and to wait.

    @TalkTalk Why you want money for service you could not provide? That's criminal behaviour in England. Please answer why you not refund money and why you threaten for more? I am trying to be nice and will not be cheated by TalkTalk crooks
