I've had no Internet at home all day. I've been out but son been in and it was off sometime after 10am today. Its still not on now tried restarting router and nothing.

Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.

Deano (@mezza_68) reported@TalkTalk You must have the worst customer service of ANY company we have ever dealt with. 3 attempts to get a new router, got through security each time. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!
