    @TalkTalk So i did the below & spent over an hour last night speaking to you guys. You ran tests, changed settings, took details & told me to switch it off again. Problem remains. I've been your customer for all of a week. I'm beyond disappointed. Id like to cancel and return to @SkyUK

    @TalkTalk Yeah since thursday my internet went down. The lights internet and data light keeps going offline. When I am on my PS4 it says my connection has failed.

    @becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

    As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

    @biker_Ian Roll on September I can’t wait to ditch the useless @TalkTalk inept doesn’t begin to describe them & there overseas call centres are exactly that nobody speaks English consistently voted worst provider they must be proud of that award it’s the only one they have ever won

    @TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

    Piss poor service from @talktalk who claim to 'make moving house easy' passed around departments, ended up in Bangalore with someone who couldn't understand a word in a loud crowded call centre. Finally cut me off. Cheers

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    @TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

    @TyWarncken @TalkTalk @YodelOnline YODEL won’t help. They couldn’t care less. Any company that uses them also doesn’t care. I’d suggest cancelling and go with someone else who doesn’t use YODEL.

    @TalkTalk worst customer service ever ! No I do not agree to paying potential charges for an engineer coming out when I have not had the service that I pay for from you. If anything I would like compensation for having to use my data and not having the service I have paid for !

    @TalkTalk Your own website states i can leave within 20 days. Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. Any advice would be appreciated.

    @TalkTalk @SkyUK In additon I've requested a cancellation tonight via your live chat. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

    @TalkTalk Have been since you got city fibre to come out and fit "super fast broadband" which made connectivity worse. And since it was fitted it doesn't work and I've had to connect the old way just to be able to work. I've been paying for months for now service. Scandalous

    @TalkTalk please can we have an engineer look at the problem with our router. Asking us to switch it off and back on again numerous times doesn’t work. Asking us to move it to a different plug socket despite there not being a problem with the power is ridiculous!!

    @levi_simeon @TalkTalk Good luck. I was on to them for a month, with them sending text saying that they’d get back to me by a certain date and time, but they never did. Ended up having to find another provider. They are absolutely useless.

    @talktalk yous have broken contract yous have stolen fr my account more than we contractually agreed for direct debit THAT IS THEFT!!! especially after your staff said they'd rectify it I want a manager to call as promised to me on Sunday by your staff!
