They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

We have been on the chat online also and using the app have tried to resolve with no change in status (result repeatedly showing weak signal). Outage since 4th of April
