@TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

@TalkTalk How come your customer service desk didn’t know anything about this issue. I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone and they had me doing line checks. This is poor communication on Talk talk’s behalf. You should be called Talk Less 😬

@TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

@TalkTalk No. I'm in Skelmersdale. You have an outage somewhere. Been like this since 12am. Comes on for an hour, goes off for 4 hours. I'm not wasting my time with stuff that's not my fault. Done this too many times in the past.

@TalkTalk I need Internet and not getting any help from talktalk. They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. Shocking service!

What can I do about @talktalk ? They say no problems with internet. Engineer said same but get very little service. While on the phone to them they are saying it’s fine as I watch my tablet, tv and laptop all tell me full bars WiFi but buffer constantly!? How do I leave!? 😩🙏🤯

Don't ever get @TalkTalk broadband, it's awful. Goes off quite regularly and sometimes it's off for multiple hours like today. They will deny it's their fault aswell. Trash ISP.
