    @biker_Ian Roll on September I can’t wait to ditch the useless @TalkTalk inept doesn’t begin to describe them & there overseas call centres are exactly that nobody speaks English consistently voted worst provider they must be proud of that award it’s the only one they have ever won

    @TyWarncken @TalkTalk @YodelOnline YODEL won’t help. They couldn’t care less. Any company that uses them also doesn’t care. I’d suggest cancelling and go with someone else who doesn’t use YODEL.

    @TalkTalk worst customer service ever ! No I do not agree to paying potential charges for an engineer coming out when I have not had the service that I pay for from you. If anything I would like compensation for having to use my data and not having the service I have paid for !

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 3. My broadband speed is now only hitting 8-9mbps at a maximum, I have made multiple formal complaints on this issue and still getting nowhere. How can a company charge £40 for an engineer visit when he 1. Doesn't fix my broadband

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I am so frustrated with TalkTalk customer service! No internet for 11 days now escalated 3 times to an engineer to check the line! To be told no fault on the line! I know this!!! The fault is at the socket!!

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have two open formal complaints waiting to be resolved including a £40 engineer charge that I wont be paying for, and fibre issues that have been ongoing and I'm still on ADSL slow speeds broadband

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

    @becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

    Why is it that my @Apple #HomePodMini works absolutely fine on BT, EE and TalkTalk - at my friends houses, but my @virginmedia connection is like a lottery with it. Sometimes no problems, other times all it says ‘I’m having trouble connecting to the internet’ 😡

    @TalkTalk We was convinced to stay despite cancelling and trying to change suppliers. We agreed to a deal and now they cancelled our services and 2 week wait to reconnect. Cant work as im Home based. Great never again! Can’t believe they messed up this bad!

    @TalkTalk I am absolutely disgusted at your services!!! After numerous calls and several open reach engineers at my house trying to connect me to broadband with no avail they tell me the problem lies with yourself as as far as open reach are concerned we should be connected!!!
