    @TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

    @TalkTalk I have just failed security on the talk talk phone system. Jobsworth on the phone would only accept 1st answers - and even though I AGC-be correct answer the idiot would not accept them. Goodness knows how older people get on with this shower. awful service.

    @TalkTalk Please help services were due 02/03/21 and still no services. Work really suffering as a result not to mention the emotional stress.Been a customer over 5 years. Expect better!

    @TalkTalk Having rung you today you have been singularly unhelpful. We are trying to cancel your service as we have sold a property. It’s not surprising that @Ofcom branded you the poorest provider re customer services in 2019 is it? Please resolve!
