@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

Never join @TalkTalk under any circumstances. Pay bill by direct debit, talk talk say it hasn’t been paid (it has, we have proof) They tell us to call out bank at 5pm on a Saturday night. Very unprofessional and I’ll be leaving next month. Avoid this company #talktalk

@TalkTalk I've been on the phone and they've said it was your agent who has "misclicked" something and has accidently sent out the TV Box. Another one of your agents has actually sent out the router this time. Starting to lose faith and patience with you lot as it's issue after issue 😕
