Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.
