    .@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @terry_winter @NOWTV 🤔Wonder what's gone wrong, as I've just had a £20/month @Nowtv subscription for the Lions series, paid £3 extra for HD. The stream quality was excellent on PC, Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick and TalkTalk YouView Box. No issues with all 3 running at the same time. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk Still waiting for my internet to be sorted…been waiting over a week. Keep getting appointments made, but then no one turns up. Just going round in circles. I keep asking your team to let me cancel so I can find a provider who will actually give me the internet

    @TalkTalk My sister lost her Phon.She is using TalkTalk.She was aksed for sim usage and barred letter for insurance claim but @TalkTalk is not helpfull at all. She contacted customer service on call,Via email and live chat but no help at all.Worst experience with their service
