    .@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    Shout out to @TalkTalk who have managed to cut off my 95 year old Nan’s phone line before Christmas when she’s going to be mostly by herself. I swear Dido Harding is trying her best to be the very worst thing about 2020.

    @TalkTalk No broadband connection since 24.11.20. 11 phone calls and two engineer visits made. Still not resolved. At my wit's end. Keep getting made false promises or possibly lied to when I phone customer services.

    @TalkTalk is one tough company to end your contract with!!! It's been 2 hours on a call to customer service just trying to LEAVE!!! If you're not already a customer, you don't know how good you've got it!

    About, slagging off engineers who are pulling ridiculously long shifts to get the network up and running again. "I'm on talktalk and mines still off, I'm on BT and mines still off.." etc. 1) its nothing to do with your provider. 2) be patient, there are people working hard..

    Never, EVER get Sky internet. They are the single worst Internet provider I have ever seen. Go for something like Plusnet or TalkTalk, don't fall into Sky's money-grabbing trap.
