    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @shrutinha @TalkTalk @MoneySavingExp They’re shocking, download speeds never anything like I was paying for and customer service awful. I left for a great deal and service with @virginmedia

    .@TalkTalk still no wifi, is anyone going to do anything? Numerous call and messages. No action no service still take my money. Communication ombudsman or ripoff Britain maybe. This is a joke!

    .@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

    I rely on recordings to watch a lot of my tv as being busy single mum not always possible to watch at time. @TalkTalk sent me new box after mine broke and this one doesn’t allow recordings and they won’t do anything to help. Looks like I’m switching provider soon. #nothappy

    @TalkTalk your customer service is diabolical, and so is your crap **** fibre that I'm sharing with everyone else, I bet you dont tell the customers that before they get Conned Tracted into it do you? And your fibre is not full fibre.

    @TalkTalk sort this wifi out,Been off since yesterday dinner time . Using all our phone data and costing me more money. You already have my pants down for a crap connection this is unacceptable. Especially when no one can give you any feedback on the situation. Im in Sheffield

    @TalkTalk why is there a poor employee walking around where I live to ask about who our broadband provider is? It’s 37 degrees and he’s out in this heat - take better care of your employees!

    @TalkTalk Yes - any form of internet speed that isn’t 0 would be so useful to what I need to get on with my profession. Not impressed by the quality of service for a long while now and this late April fools isn’t doing me many laughs right now.
