    .@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    @TalkTalk had your internet for 15 days and there hasn’t been one day that it hasn’t had a significant outage! Tried chat every day to report and never works! Waited in queen on phone! Never get anyone! How can we resolve this please? Currently using mob data to send this!

    @Valimatka @TalkTalk I'm on my second one from BT but I think it turned out one of the neighbours was actually having work done or a line put in that was interfering with my signal at the time, so my first router's probably fine.

    @drmfpepper @TalkTalk It happens all the time and nothing gets done. I'm paying a service that I am not receiving and I don't even get compensated for it.. my contracts ends soon so I might switch provider..
