All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now.
