.@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

.@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

@TalkTalk *APPALLED BY YOUR SERVICE* - after numerous delays to first installation you’ve now cancelled my contract in error(twice!) & I’m told I have to wait 24hrs to start a new contract, then a further 2 weeks for a go-live date & you cannot honour my initial contract rate!

@TalkTalk Just switched to you from BT - they’ve switched our service off, as planned, but now there’s no talk talk service. Waiting for it to be fixed, and kind of wishing we’d never bothered. Half an hour on hold each time we try to resolve it doesn’t help either...

Why are @skytv so hard to contact?! I’ve followed all the online steps to then be told from an automated machine that I will get a text to help. IT WONT ******* WORK. I wish I’d just gone with Talktalk 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

@virginmedia Of course it is. Typical Virgin Media with not caring about disability discrimination laws. Can't wait to get rid of you. Worst experience I've ever had. Even worse than TalkTalk & they were abysmal
