    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    @TalkTalk Yes I do, and I’m trying to set up another one, and you keep messing me around transferring me all over the place and wasting time. It’s so frustrating. You’re hands down the worst company I have ever felt with!

    @OpenreachHelp Absolutely pointless you having a twitter account then. It's your engineers doing works and you can't tell me anything. Absolutely ridiculous company and service. TalkTalk cannot get in contact with you so I'm left in lurch and at your mercy!!

    @TalkTalk just got a call from 'talktalk' saying, my internet service has been compromised and will be disconnected, please press 1 to talk to our representative. And no I didn't press 1.

    @TalkTalk why is it impossible to cancel my account? I have been trying for over 3 hours, the customer service has been appalling. 1st day as a new customer and I'm being called stupid. It's disgusting

    @GigerPunk I'll take note of that for when my current TalkTalk contact runs out. It's reliable, but like so many never delivers speed promised.
