    .@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    .@TalkTalk still no wifi, is anyone going to do anything? Numerous call and messages. No action no service still take my money. Communication ombudsman or ripoff Britain maybe. This is a joke!

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    If you are offered the upgrade to the fastest, most reliable broadband from Talktalk don’t bother …we have had no internet since our installation and am on my 3rd phone call They can’t help because I can’t give them ALL the security answers - need internet to check my answers

    @TalkTalk what the heck is going on with your website I can’t get logged into my account so I changed my password and it still won’t let me log in the website keeps timing out my internet is fine there is definitely a problem at your end

    @SkyHelpTeam If you've just joined, pack up your hub, return it and cancel your contract under the 10 days cooling off period. Broadband was working intermittently last week and hardly at all in the past two days. BT, on the other hand, is working perfectly. Even TalkTalk works. Dump Sky.
