    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    You have still not helped me @talktalk, a dozen phonecalls, transferred from department to department, but NO HELP. All i am trying to do is port my landline number. You keep failing, your staff are no help. Please get this fixed.

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @TalkTalk @virginmedia despite MANY phonecalls and promises from yourselves you have failed to transfer my landline number of 50 years from Talktalk to Virgin. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

    .@TalkTalk still no wifi, is anyone going to do anything? Numerous call and messages. No action no service still take my money. Communication ombudsman or ripoff Britain maybe. This is a joke!

    @TalkTalk are literally the worst internet company ever! We’ve been without broadband for 3 days and after a service call for an intermittent issue killed it stone dead. Call centre said it was an exchange issue that would be fixed today. Still no service!

    @OpenreachHelp TalkTalk is blaming you for me not having any broadband for 3 days and that should have been fixed today. They are terrible without a doubt, but the one thing they are good at is pushing the blame your way. Can you contact me about an issue at my local exchange

    @Captain34466242 I’m with TalkTalk was somewhat frustrating a year or so ago. Went fibre optic and now not too bad. Better than most from what I gather. Recently started a new contract and I am paying, Wait for it. £20.95 mthly.

    @Captain34466242 If it's that bad you can get escalated and cancel without penalty. I know someone who did. BT are really bad . I did the same with Talktalk. Their broadband was utter garbage.
