Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk my father has technical issues with his WiFi and despite 4 texts sent to him by your customer services saying they’ll call him to discuss the problem he continues to be ignored. It is unacceptable for him to pay for a service that isn’t being provided sufficiently.

@TalkTalk Hi for some reason 'My Account' doesn't render on screen in Chrome browser. Works ok in Firefox but I think you need to get someone to fix it else people using Chrome wont be able to see bills etc.
