Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk What am I supposed to do with this link? It’s not working properly. Why is Talk Talk split up as a company? Why can’t I go to the help team for help? Why are background company processes moved to the customer to resolve.

@WendtheWalker TalkTalk Impossible to get anywhere if there’s a fault. Call centre operators can only work off their algorithm derived script, don’t listen to the problem you have, and won’t solve it

@TalkTalk She is looking after her Husband who is now under palliative care, she needs wifi for equipment he uses, yet because the Internet is so unreliable, she is in constant state of anxiety, that one day (or night time) he might need help and is unable to access it.

@TalkTalk Disgusted is not the word Ordered fibre broadband with a date to be installed as 22/08/2022. Then received and email confirming the date was 09/09/2022. Now can't go with BT as they are holding my Internet port. No one is helping your service is terrible and need HELP

@TalkTalk Sadly, having spent 2 months with the OM team, the sales team and the customer service team, I've run out of trying to find a team that has any ability to help. I no longer wish to be a Talk Talk customer. Read your own reviews sometime, they are pretty sobering.

@TalkTalk once again back up to mums to sort out after her sad death. You have restricted the WIFI again after lengthy calls explaining the situation! The service is supposed to be active until October. Why the restriction? #TalkTalkNightmare
