  @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Yes most definitely. I feel your pain with those idiots. I made a complaint to the CEO ended up just having to pay a cancellation charge of 60.00 instead of 200+ as I still had a while left on my contract.

  @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

  Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

  Email has been hacked and people in my address book being asked for money. Passed all security questions and now told 72 hours for a password reset and up to 24 hours for the account to be disabled. The damage the scammers are doing is ridiculous @TalkTalk

  @TalkTalk Why has my internet speed gone down from 50 to 0.5 since the fibre was installed. i was told it would be fixed in 24 hours that was on Thursday when the engineer told me to phone you.
