@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

.@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@alisonosullivan @TalkTalk I have told the same regarding UFO and was expected to have heard before Christmas and have heard nothing. So we are going to wait until we get contacted. Like you I don't fancy a lesser service

@TalkTalk the link says there’s no broadband issues or planned maintenance, but our broadband has been out for an hour & on this thread there’s reports from others based in york with the same problem. Could you look into it and let me know what the issue is/ when it might be resolved? Ta
