    .@TalkTalk still no wifi, is anyone going to do anything? Numerous call and messages. No action no service still take my money. Communication ombudsman or ripoff Britain maybe. This is a joke!

    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @ShellEnergyHome You're taking over my PostOffice broadband. But decided to switch elsewhere, due to refusal/incapability of the upstream provider - @TalkTalk - to fix broadband outage issues in #Moray that've been ongoing for *months*. Down again now #EnoughIsEnough #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk My issue is that you’ve cancelled my broadband without my consent - to which your reasoning was that a ‘company’ told you that it wasn’t able to put the broadband in. Upon ringing your services, they basically told me I can no long use your service.

    @TalkTalk It's resolved now, but if you are saying that this isn't related to the outage last night, then I'd like to request it be looked into please. The link that you gave indicated that there was a problem that was affecting my services and that you did know about it.

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp Hi Rose thanks. Yes I had the same message for the 3rd week running @OpenreachHelp will review again in 2 days. They’ve been reviewing this constantly for 3 weeks now !! and as it’s an open reach problem I was in hope they could explain them selves to me to justify 7 week delay
