Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

FTTP 500 set up yesterday, 0.00 upload speeds, streaming services like Netflix and iPlayer seem to be blocked, and been on hold with an agent for over 40 minutes now. I was then transferred (twice) to another Dept which - amazingly - didn’t answer, which meant I had to restart the entire rigmarole again. Twice. Suffice to say I was fuming by the end. Not good (:

Sort it out, your service is more expensive than TalkTalk and so much worse! I rented a movie before the internet went down and now I can’t watch it.
