Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk Morning. Had an engineer out a couple of weeks ago to fix a fault. Said if we didn't see improvement in speed to ask for line reset so please can we have a reset as there has been no speed improvement?

@TalkTalk Yes they are aware, the problem is that the open reach engineer has not completed the switch to the new Distribution Pole. I get 3mb/s in evening when I need to work......I had Broadband disconnected yesterday to get a new line, not done this morning.

Grandad couldn’t say his own address so didn’t pass the security questions so we can not resolve the issue? @TalkTalk surely there is a way to resolve this issue? Living with Dementia is hard especially when your confuse him more by your ridiculous procedures #Alzheimers #demitia
