    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @shrutinha @TalkTalk @MoneySavingExp They’re shocking, download speeds never anything like I was paying for and customer service awful. I left for a great deal and service with @virginmedia

    @TalkTalk Hi. Two suggestions: The maintenance planned for last night wasn't widely advertised, so when our internet went down it was a surprise. Also, when customers do have issues, and you send out links to check on status, getting anywhere with data only is very frustrating.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I called your support team yesterday to get the connection looked at and find out what's happening, unfortunately your colleague explained that there is issues in my area and it may come back within hours but still nothing.

    When I signed up for @TalkTalk I was told signal was good where I live but that's wrong a bit of wind or rain and the Internet goes i live in a town by the coast and constantly have signal issues that other people living near me don't have. I rely on Internet for home school..

    @TalkTalk It’s for my elderly parents and web pages are not loading for them so they can’t check service centre . They don’t have a smart phone

    A free tip to you all. If your broadband is slow contact your supplier. They will waste time trying to blame you as TalkTalk did to me yesterday. But this morning it is 3 times faster. It's a miracle!

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp @Ofcom still no internet. Told Thursday we would have internet by midnight. Didn’t happen. Then Friday I was told by 11.30, didn’t happen, then by 1, nothing, then by midnight. Now I’m told the issue is with openreach, yesterday I was told TalkTalk needed

    The sooner my contract runs out with @TalkTalk the better, constant drop outs / my hive and Phillips hue offline / router is requiring a restart almost weekly now - do I need a firmware upgrade or is this standard behaviour with your service?
