    .@TalkTalk still no wifi, is anyone going to do anything? Numerous call and messages. No action no service still take my money. Communication ombudsman or ripoff Britain maybe. This is a joke!

    .@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    Doesn’t anyone find it really annoying when your speed drops and your ISP in my case @TalkTalk says it’s my property that’s the issue. But I have noticed that when my IP is from Crowborough its as advertised. When it Portsmouth it’s dead slow.

    @talktalk Day 73. Still no router return label. Sent another written complaint to Salford office plus print out (7 pages!) of DMs dating back to Aug 7. Complete waste of time.
