.@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

.@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

Seriously unimpressed with @TalkTalk and their SG4K100130 router. My sister in law was tearing her hair out dealing with tech support. I had to go into advanced settings and turn off VLAN tagging to get it to work. Regular users should not have to do this.

@ianinsurbiton @claudelittner @TalkTalk Maybe Claude could help them with a ‘trouble shooting plan’ to resolve technical issues within a certain time scale that is much faster and productive. Although they have moved very quickly to deal with Claude’s issue. 👌

@claudelittner @TalkTalk It’s amazing how quickly they will resolve a customer that has a blue tick against their name in comparison to the average Joe! They don’t want bad press do they, so they are sharp to respond. Glad it’s resolved for you though Claude! 👍
