@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

.@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

Pathetic customer service from @TalkTalk today. Spoke to them midweek as my TV box is faulty, but are they interested in honouring the warranty? Are they hell, going against the UK sales of goods act. Hope they recorded the call….useless just isn’t the word, it’s too kind

@lisalloydwolff @TalkTalk Customer service and sorting it doesn’t seem to be #talktalk forte. So far I have got nowhere other than being told by everyone I have spoken to that they agree it is their error and it is unacceptable... but no solution! Awful!

@TalkTalk Sorry for my outburst Joey. The problem is last night myself, @mattoggy_ and @DaLastDandelion were on the bevs and trying hunt bunda on omegle. But the Internet cut out every time a fat back was found and we had to skip pass many fellas stroking themselves. Im stressed Joey mate

@lindy_lou077 TalkTalk are good if you like cheap & don't prioritise telephone support. If you need support from them, go to their forum & they will sort you out usu within 24hrs - even for changing interleaving & such techie stuff. Their sales team suck, tho, IMO
