Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

@TalkTalk @toirama That's not our problem and your CEO says otherwise - Tristia Harrison, said the operator had seen “excellent network performance” despite a 40%+ increase in data usage. You sold a product on the promise of fixed price you could have at least honoured the people in these contracts

@MarieAnnUK Patently unqualified - she lost my TalkTalk data. I left TalkTalk but the phone calls from 'Technical Support' based in a garage somewhere in India continued for months.
