@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

.@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

.@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

Had a call from 'TalkTalk' which sounded exactly like a scam call centre, asking if I was happy with the current service. Actually the church broadband has been a bit flaky recently so I said so and they proceeded to book an engineer visit! Just goes to show, something...

@TalkTalk Please could you help track down my router. You took over our service a week ago but I can't use it as I'm still waiting for delivery of the router. I've spent hours doing online chats but nothing has changed and I don't know what else to do.

Are there issues @TalkTalk? Internet is very slow on wifi on all devices, throwing up DNS errors. PC is fine though via ethernet and VPN.

@OpenreachHelp and @TalkTalk the internet issue impacting 400 homes at DA3 is still not fixed and is currently not working again. Incident # 90437 when will this be fixed or a more effective short term solution be put in place!

@TalkTalk definitely have to be the worst internet provider in the U.K. and the tech support is hurrendous advertising 8-8 on there website but then saying there closed when calling absolutely hurrendous
