Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk lies, lies, lies. Do not aogn up to this provider under any circumstances. They charge you for Internet you don't have refuse to compensate you and just hang up when your on the phone to them. Avoid!!!!! #Criminals #fraud #avoid

Hi @TalkTalk your online chat is making me lose the will to live. 2 hours and 2 different agents down and I’m still no further forward and the customer service number says it’s closed despite it saying 10pm on your website. Please help me to save my sanity 😭

@TalkTalk Is there someone there who can help please? Have had no landline and intermittent broadband for 7 days now. Had 2 visits from Openreach and a message to say the line is repaired but it doesn’t work. Got cut off from live chat after 30 mins of getting nowhere. HELP!

@lizardschwartz @TalkTalk So sorry you have having to deal with this crap Amy. Some companies get this right first time - which means others can! I remember pain of explaining over & over again when I had barely processed my loss myself. Hope TalkTalk sort it for you - & change their process for others!
