@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

.@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

Had a problem with my internet yesterday, @TalkTalk said I need a new router,they sent me one today guess what still no internet, contacted them again,said they would appoint a case manager to call me in 24/72 hours,or it could be up to 5 days,rubbish service. #timetochange
