Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk I am disgusted. I have been way from home for 10 weeks because of a broken ankle and get back to find my broadband is non existing ! shame on you! you don't use your broadband for some time and your loose most of it!! be warned folks

@TalkTalk @natashaptn My regular midnight loss of connection happened again in the Norwich area. It will be back if its own accord in about 30 mins. Whatever you do about midnight regularly in the Norwich area can you stop it.....it's not my equipment no amount of turning it off and on again will help
