Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk fibre to house upgrade. What a mess. Totally messed up and now I can't upgrade at all. Even after having mails from open reach confirming dates. 20 calls later and still given the runaround. Nobody can help apparently... Not good.
