.@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk Hi, it does say that it’s available. I’m just surprised because my street was never dug up and the other network that you would provide internet on is dramatically worse. I’m just surprised more than anything.

About 3 months ago I contacted @TalkTalk to request my tv service fee be deducted from my account as I no longer use it. Yes they agreed and sent me a bag to return the box. I did this. Now they keep telling me they’ve noticed my tv box isn’t connected 😳 what a surprise?

Bit confused. Last year I saw @CityFibre dig up many streets in my town, including the scheme next to me. I got a flyer saying they’re coming to my street soon. They never dug up my street but now I have an email saying it’s ready and TalkTalk/BrawBand can offer 120-500mb? How?
