But I lost track of how many times I had tweets like this. And you never did sort it. So I left. I'm afraid your "customer care" is non-existent.

Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
