    Any chance of speaking to someone that actually had a clue what they’re doing before I terminate my service with you. 5 days ago I was told my broadband was up and running 5 days later after hours of being on hold I’m still without internet @TalkTalk absolutely joke of a company

    @TalkTalk (1) want to cancel my order I've not had any service since the go live date. I have had three different people tell me they have canceled it and to call back in 24hours yet I call back and I have to go through the whole thing again.

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been without internet for 3 days. Ive been ignored & left abandoned by a member of staff via online messenger service mid taking my internet connections apart to fix the internet at 5pm yesterday. I was emailed to call customer service but the lines closed. #help

    @oliviaperkss @markbrassington @TalkTalk They took my payment today and STILL dragging their feet to contact me I’ve been extremely patient considering...it’s only my sons education going down the drain nothing important 🙄 I’m about to return to NHS and need to do some online training at home..this prevents me working

    @TalkTalk It is still the same yeah, and we have run the checks. The line check was done and said it sorted something but issue still ongoing. Obviously can't ring the issue through as call centres shut.

    @TalkTalk constantly getting no sync and intermittent sync errors. The internet will be connected for like 20 minutes then will disconnect.

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Yes most definitely. I feel your pain with those idiots. I made a complaint to the CEO ended up just having to pay a cancellation charge of 60.00 instead of 200+ as I still had a while left on my contract.

    @TalkTalk I am just about to call you about your horrific customer service. I am appalled at the time I have been on a chat - 3 hrs + 1.5 hrs and still no resolution or internet. Shocking. At the end of the chat it asks to rate it!

    @TalkTalk Each time i phoned you would leave me on hold & said i had internet & phone when i was cut off, wasted my time, you try and scam me for two accounts you try charge me we got that down to about £30, this is the point you do this with pennys & pounds to make more from people scams
