@TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

@TalkTalk full fibre broadband has been down for 13 hours and counting and I know it's the same for many others in Wolverhampton. Can talktalk please acknowledge there is an outage across the city and let us know when it will be fixed.

@TalkTalk I’m still waiting to be contacted by manager since 12/11! as promised after two hours of live chats;never happened! Sent DM on 17/11, received a reply on 21/11 with invitation to fill the form, the system doesn’t recognise the login…worst service!

@virginmedia It can only be so long before ISPs can't do this and will be forced to protect loyalty. It has happened with car insurance. I remember at TalkTalk that the cost to win a customer was significantly more expensive than just being fair to loyal customers.
