@TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

@25z2 @TalkTalk I mean I guess you probably see the worst of it. The problem I have is I have 1000 users working remotely, give or take… without an RMM tool, I’m blind, with an arm tied behind my back. It feels like a blunt instrument to solve a precision engineered problem.

@TalkTalk Unbearable. Utterly painful and it's killing my brain calls. Talking to TT is impossible! How many mistakes can you make with me? I'm leaving TT as soon as I stop crying! Your service is appalling. Utterly terrible.

1/2 Really let down by @TalkTalk today after they didn’t install my landline and WiFi at new address today due to not having the right cable. It would have been polite to let me know instead of me having to find out myself

@TalkTalk Hi Rico, thanks, I get that remote access software is being used for that too. But you’re the only UK ISP doing this to my knowledge. The scammers will simply use another solution - logmein rescue, GoToAssist - do you block these too?

@TalkTalk Utterly dreadful service as usual, 3pm and constantly losing service, down for longer than it’s up. Trying to work here!! Add to that I was supposed to be having my bill reduced and it’s still high. Worst company ever.
