I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

@TalkTalk It is still the same yeah, and we have run the checks. The line check was done and said it sorted something but issue still ongoing. Obviously can't ring the issue through as call centres shut.

@Ofcom I am out of contract with @TalkTalk & I want to move to @NOW broadband cos TalkTalk are very expensive & their service is 💩 NOW are unable to port my number despite trying 3x, TalkTalk say Now have not tried once. I got very very stressed last weekend, so much so
