I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

@TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

Oh my goodness @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking... we have been a loyal customer for years our box breaks down and you wont replace it without me paying £40 for an enginer to come and check my broadband. #byebyetalktalk

@TalkTalk Your service is appalling. Yoe continually switch the service to limit the broadband to try and get us to upgrade and haven't sorted my problem it's been ongoing for 2 year and I will be Finnishing with you soon

What a complete shambles @TalkTalk is for broadband been with them since Monday and spent 1hr 30 onto them on Monday and another hour today. Can't even get through to cancel. Appealing customer service each and every one of the advisors
