Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

@TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

Has anyone had problems with @TalkTalk ? I was contacted by them saying I had instructed cancellation of my broadband. Despite the fact that I was moving house I hadn't contacted them. Someone had (presumably new owners) and apparently that's enough for them to cancel my contract

@TalkTalk I have no intentions to cancel my TalkTalk account. I had to cancel my stream though, due to the outage that happened sometime between 3am and 5am.

@freddie_alex @TalkTalk That’s awful! Usually you hear of people being unable to cancel these contracts themselves, never mind some stranger managing it! They have to answer this situation and there’s no way you should be charged! @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk forcing customers to buy a monthly booster or a new router ( this one's 10 months old ) when they're paying for a certain speed min 70m and only getting 23m And get told to work in a different room which I can't .. or stand closer to the router disgusting service

@freddie_alex @leotheborder @TalkTalk Im fairly sure that there is protection for consumers when the service provider cannot offer a service when the consumer moves house. CAB or ofcom website would be a useful place to have a wee look at.
