    @TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

    If anyone is thinking about having @TalkTalk as the broadband…don’t even bother. The single worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Laughing while they put phone down so you have to start again…3 cancelled appointments…so much lost time. #joke

    Irony of #TimeToTalk yesterday... my social anxiety means I haven't called @TalkTalk to cancel my broadband. I'm out of contract, and there will be no leaving fees. Companies need to give customers tools to cancel online. Please. #Accessibility

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare I message on here and get a reply straight away. But I tweet and DM the business page and get no response. I also inexpicably can no longer login to my online account - it says password not recognised, despite it working this morning and me making no changes whatsoever.

    @talktalk your technical help desk just hang up on me as I pointed out 72 hours to escalate a problem is 3 days. The lady got the **** and just hung up. TalkTalk beyond a joke now
