@TalkTalk Internet down in Stoke on Trent. Turned on reset etc but still not able to access Internet. Says either connected no Internet or unable to connect. Is this a known problem? Any advice please?

@TalkTalk Hiya, I have no internet connection st1, Stoke-on-Trent. New customer too so this is disappointing. Everything is fine on my account. The router is flashing constantly. Is there a problem locally?

@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

@TalkTalk shocking service from your company. My mum is vulnerable & hasn’t had working b’band since March 25th but can’t speak 2 anyone 2 sort it as your phone lines don’t answer. Also started a conversation here last week through DM. Was speaking to Jo & then he/she just left!

@TalkTalk My mum is one of the 1.5m high risk people who need to self isolate for 12 weeks. She hasn’t had broadband since the 25th March. Your customer care lines are closed & she can’t remember the details to get on to online account.

Went on live chat and after 20 minutes (10 minutes before live chat closes) of going back and forth they said there’s a widespread MyAccount issue that’s being worked on. This “issue” isn’t mentioned on the website and no else is complaining online. @TalkTalk customer service 👎🏻
