    I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

    @TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Could you explain to me why my elderly parents can not get an engineer out to help with there internet and phone line. It’s disgusting they have not had a phone for 5 days now and trying to contact you is a joke my parents are not very tech savvy so need someone to come out.

    @TalkTalk They put the phone! What is going on with your customer service team, why were we not informed that the engineer was not coming and why do the people we talk to keep putting me on hold without letting me know, and don’t get back to me for around 20 mins -I have raised a complaint
