    @TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

    @TalkTalk I spoke to customer services Friday night as I first reported my home WiFi problem of it never working and being unable to use it more than 28 days ago it has been marked on my file I am entitled to cancel. I would like this to be actioned please

    @TalkTalk I want someone to call me u have had it absolutely up to here with my crap home wifi for the past three months - today was the absolute final straw when our @Google home now won’t connect, alarm didn’t go off and missed my favourite gym class ! @NetflixUK won’t work !!

    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @TalkTalk Perhaps encourage your call centre staff to a) listen, b) attempt to be empathetic when dealing with a 90 year old customer who isn’t IT savvy, c) not patronise the son who is trying to help her. I’d be more than happy to speak to someone or put something in writing.

    @TalkTalk very disappointing #customerservice. trying to sort issues with service since Dec, many hours on phone/online chat. Returned router for refund, provided proof of posting, Royal Mail website confirms delivered & you’re still saying no refund because not received #fedup

    @TalkTalk there customers service are terrible at treating disabled people. They asking for information a number of times that he does not no with his learning difficulties. Please avoid and share this tweet to show how bad of a service they provide

    @TalkTalk @Tw1tt3rPaul Isn’t it a nightmare trying to communicate with TalkTalk. I must have told different people the same issue about 300 times. Then the same technical check and the same 48 hour wait with absolutely no solution! Madness!
