@TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

@TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

@TalkTalk shocking service from your company. My mum is vulnerable & hasn’t had working b’band since March 25th but can’t speak 2 anyone 2 sort it as your phone lines don’t answer. Also started a conversation here last week through DM. Was speaking to Jo & then he/she just left!

@TalkTalk My mum is one of the 1.5m high risk people who need to self isolate for 12 weeks. She hasn’t had broadband since the 25th March. Your customer care lines are closed & she can’t remember the details to get on to online account.

@charlesmj Been with all except Vodafone, TalkTalk terrible internet and terrible customer service. BT ok customer service, good internet, but repeatedly overcharged us every few months. Called up every time, they would apologise, knock the difference off the next bill, and then do it again

If you think that this has nothing to do with us here in the UK you are wrong. Many of our Telephone Call Centres are in South Africa and TalkTalk have told me that today their service is Disrupted.

Why is it physically impossible to contact anyone from an Internet provider? Told them we don't have an aerial for the TV and Internet so they send us a TV box and Internet box WITHOUT an aerial...?! @TalkTalk you are going to lose another customer because of bad customer service
