    @TalkTalk 16th August I was having issues with not having any TV channels. Today I'm still having these problems. I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

    @TalkTalk shocking service from your company. My mum is vulnerable & hasn’t had working b’band since March 25th but can’t speak 2 anyone 2 sort it as your phone lines don’t answer. Also started a conversation here last week through DM. Was speaking to Jo & then he/she just left!

    @TalkTalk My mum is one of the 1.5m high risk people who need to self isolate for 12 weeks. She hasn’t had broadband since the 25th March. Your customer care lines are closed & she can’t remember the details to get on to online account.

    Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

    @TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

    @TalkTalk I spoke to customer services Friday night as I first reported my home WiFi problem of it never working and being unable to use it more than 28 days ago it has been marked on my file I am entitled to cancel. I would like this to be actioned please

    @TalkTalk I want someone to call me u have had it absolutely up to here with my crap home wifi for the past three months - today was the absolute final straw when our @Google home now won’t connect, alarm didn’t go off and missed my favourite gym class ! @NetflixUK won’t work !!

    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @TalkTalk I know that but these are charges because I had no choice but to cancel my contract. Now I am getting all sorts of emails saying I owe £300. There are plenty of emails and still no one has contacted me. I don't believe I should be charged for the result of a faulty box. Thanks.

    So have had no Internet since December, and @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup refusing to help. Been speaking to them every day since, spend 4-5 hours on the phone but no one helps, made numerous complaints and no one gets back to me

    I know you deal with the account closing for an old supplier - does this actually matter? Can you still close the old TalkTalk account even if she can't get into it because TalkTalk entered the wrong email on their system and she doesn't know what it is? Any help appreciated :)

    @CuckooInternet hi guys - my friend @Heather_hattie is joining Cuckoo 🎉 but is having issues with TalkTalk, her old supplier - they've entered her email wrong on the change of ownership form so she's locked out of her account and can't verify herself. [see next tweet]

    @WhiskyQueen89 You cut down on gas and electricity . They'll eventually put in a PAYG meter , so you won't have any choice . Broadband from TalkTalk . Forget about Council Tax until they take it off your benefits . A struggle but you can do it .
