I'm so bored of having internet problems now. It's been over a month, many hours lost repeating myself on live chat, three Openreach Engineer visits, one TalkTalk Engineer visit today - all of which telling me there's no fault on the line and no fault in my home. ******** THEN?!

@TalkTalk 16th August I was having issues with not having any TV channels. Today I'm still having these problems. I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

@TalkTalk broadband not working again, 2nd time in a couple of weeks. Cut short viewing tonight! Funny this happens whenever contract renewal comes around & I should use faster reliable (pricier) option. Better work in the morning. 😡

@TalkTalk we’ve later found out no call back was scheduled. We work from home but haven’t been able to with no internet. This is shocking servicing. Your call center staff have no customer care skills what so ever. This will be escalated further!

@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

@TalkTalk what’s happening with your broadband connection ? CW2 area. Got covid, and a 10 year old stuck in the house for at least 5 days, so if it ain’t back on soon, could possibly be a police incident reported. Help us out eh?

So day 3 of no show for @OpenreachHelp engineer turning up after being booked by @TalkTalk. I even had to cancel a GP appt last minute as they said they would come today. What a dreadful way to treat people. Daughter said why don’t you book another company. If only @Ofcom

I’m a @TalkTalk broadband customer for over 10 years , bank updated my card so due to oversight I missed last months payment by 1 day !! They charged me £12 fee .. Ive no previous credit issues . After online chat I got 40% off charge,yep 10+ yrs customer ! Profit before service

@thomasgdocs I cant give you a reccomendation, but steer clear of talktalk. Their customer sevice is so **** that we have never been able to talk to a single human over a few months of trying to contact them about getting a new router.
