@TalkTalk My mum is one of the 1.5m high risk people who need to self isolate for 12 weeks. She hasn’t had broadband since the 25th March. Your customer care lines are closed & she can’t remember the details to get on to online account.

@TalkTalk shocking service from your company. My mum is vulnerable & hasn’t had working b’band since March 25th but can’t speak 2 anyone 2 sort it as your phone lines don’t answer. Also started a conversation here last week through DM. Was speaking to Jo & then he/she just left!

@TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

@TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

@TalkTalk I spoke to customer services Friday night as I first reported my home WiFi problem of it never working and being unable to use it more than 28 days ago it has been marked on my file I am entitled to cancel. I would like this to be actioned please

@TalkTalk Perhaps encourage your call centre staff to a) listen, b) attempt to be empathetic when dealing with a 90 year old customer who isn’t IT savvy, c) not patronise the son who is trying to help her. I’d be more than happy to speak to someone or put something in writing.

My livelihood, which I use to pay my ******* TalkTalk bill, is on the line. But the call centre TalkTalk uses has ZERO flexibility, so nobody is allowed to do anything. And I can't stop because otherwise I will never get my internet back.

@TalkTalk Thanks Jo, I've sent an email complaint and had a message confirming a callback next week. I've already tried resolving it via Twitter, online chats and numerous phone calls. The agent today alluded to other customers facing the same IT issue as my account so its a known problem.

@TalkTalk instead of telling me on the website that's there is no issue with broadband in the area and when I try to run a test via your website to be told there is an technical error, I have no internet! maybe just fix the issue, I now have a very angry child!
