I’d be more than happy to speak to someone or put something in writing.

My mum is vulnerable & hasn’t had working b’band since March 25th but can’t speak 2 anyone 2 sort it as your phone lines don’t answer. Also started a conversation here last week through DM. She hasn’t had broadband since the 25th March. Your customer care lines are closed & she can’t remember the details to get on to online account.
