Returned router for refund, provided proof of posting, Royal Mail website confirms delivered & you’re still saying no refund because not received #fedup

My mum is vulnerable & hasn’t had working b’band since March 25th but can’t speak 2 anyone 2 sort it as your phone lines don’t answer. Also started a conversation here last week through DM. I’d be more than happy to speak to someone or put something in writing.

She hasn’t had broadband since the 25th March. Your customer care lines are closed & she can’t remember the details to get on to online account.
