@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

Oh my goodness @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking... we have been a loyal customer for years our box breaks down and you wont replace it without me paying £40 for an enginer to come and check my broadband. #byebyetalktalk

@richaudayana can you get in touch with me?! if you don't want to talk to me just send me £50 for the router you never returned to me and I have no idea what you've done with it. You can check talktalk website and see they charge £50 if you don't return the router.

@Homebase_uk why don’t you let me email you? The phone line cuts off after a while on hold, and the online form won’t submit without a reference number. Just as bad customer service as @TalkTalk, which is saying something.

@globalhlthtwit Anthony, I was with Virginmedia, they are scum, absolutely appalling. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my 60 years of life. They are like Hotel California. You can check out but you can never leave. Talktalk service is very good. ANYONE is better than VM! 🙄

How can a company like @TalkTalk refuse to cancel an account when you have proof of who you are, address and the bills are paid by your account. Everyone forgets an old email pw or address - surely the other security measures should suffice. Banks don’t require email as proof!

@TalkTalkGroup maybe you can help CEO person / group person. Normal TalkTalk not getting anywhere your Fibre and Full Fibre teams are passing the buck and do not sort issues out????????? Pointless calling the supposed helpline as they do not help.
