  Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

  @TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

  @NART1 @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I’d tweet, write and email your request to cancel so you have a written record of your attempts, as well as keep calling. Then write to Ofcom the ombudsman who will be able to assist if they won’t comply or refund you. Good luck 🤞

  @TalkTalk Been having many issues with total loss of service from yesterday afternoon until this morning. Around 17 hours of loss of service CF31 1** area in Bridgend. This is not acceptable... service has been sketchy for many months now..

  @TalkTalk You sent yet another engineer out to see my dropping internet - found no fault inside my place. I try to contact, can't get into my account online either, can't get anyone to speak to in order to get the issue resolved. i am cancelling direct debit till i get internet fixed.

  @TalkTalk for the last few days my internet connection has been very sporadic. Up and down randomly throughout the day. Any explanation? Can you please fix! It’s very annoying. Have dropped out of work calls, Netflix cuts out randomly. This is not what I’m paying for!

  @TalkTalk what's the point of one of your customer service advisors telling us to ring back on a Sunday to cancel an engineer if you're shut on a Sunday?!?! Now we're going to get charged because of the wrong information being passed on to us!!!
