    @NART1 @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I’d tweet, write and email your request to cancel so you have a written record of your attempts, as well as keep calling. Then write to Ofcom the ombudsman who will be able to assist if they won’t comply or refund you. Good luck 🤞

    Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

    Oh my goodness @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking... we have been a loyal customer for years our box breaks down and you wont replace it without me paying £40 for an enginer to come and check my broadband. #byebyetalktalk

    @TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

    @TalkTalk the worst internet provider I’ve ever had to deal with, 2 hours on a phone to be told the upgrade I’ve already had confirmed won’t happen because of a ‘system error’. Not only this they tried charging me more for my current **** internet. Joke.

    @coolmongreldog yeah this is purely a price thing, our 18 month sky contract ends on the 6th and if i leave it rolling it goes from 33 to 38 a month which is mental, talktalk is 25 for the same service

    Incredible that the CEO team for @TalkTalk pretends to be calling me and leave messages for my complaint but I do not get the calls or messages or even missed call. When I try to call them back their voicemail is permanently on. #talktalk #badcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk Not when you sell a service as a FIXED PRICE GUARANTEE. I have evidence that it says FIXED PRICE for 18 months. Ive also made up my own T&C's which mean I will pay you less a month. I have contacted FOS
