@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

@NOWHelpTeam Hello. It’s still saying I’m on TalkTalk? 🤔 I’m definitely not, like I say, signed up with Now… never had a BT line before. Could someone maybe look into it? I can’t access Splashtop which is required for work. Very concerned I’ve made a bad shout leaving Virgin now.

@MarcoP40410218 @TalkTalk I just was on TalkTalk Chat .. outage in YO31 area. Then after they checked the router etc I got a text to say the engineer is fixing the outage but it could be a couple of days! Not good. I hope this generic text is wrong time wise 😒
