@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

@TalkTalk Still waiting for a response to my complaint letter of 4 March to your Salford address about a monthly increase of £2 on a fixed price contract which breaches Ts and Cs. Every time I ring up I’m told by someone on the other side of the world that there is no Manchester office!

@TalkTalk still having problems with my TalkTalk broadband!!! Rebooted router as advised, only power light and wireless light showing green, all others are blank!!! Computer says internet connection working normally but no broadband

@TalkTalk Service is down in DG5 4HW, have gone through your procedures in MyAccount, performed soft and hard resets and nothing. No telephone tone either. Your customer service phoneline says your 'closed' at 8:30am. Noone on chat. Please advise.
