  • eveashwell Eve (@eveashwell) reported from Penkridge, England

@NART1 @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I’d tweet, write and email your request to cancel so you have a written record of your attempts, as well as keep calling. Then write to Ofcom the ombudsman who will be able to assist if they won’t comply or refund you. Good luck 🤞

  • AnnatheMoomin Anna Moomin (@AnnatheMoomin) reported from Stafford, England

@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

  • SW_Brereton Emma Taylor (@SW_Brereton) reported from Rugeley, England

Oh my goodness @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking... we have been a loyal customer for years our box breaks down and you wont replace it without me paying £40 for an enginer to come and check my broadband. #byebyetalktalk

  • OfficialGMoore George Moore (@OfficialGMoore) reported from Eccleshall, England

Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

What is it with @TalkTalk? Charged me 2x Direct Debit this month. Open my account to Contact Customer Services. Tick a box to confirm I'm not a robot. Message sent to my phone so I can talk to a bloody robot. 🙄 I click on message and it's flagged up as Spam. What a **** show!

  • SteveSmith40242 Steve Smith (@SteveSmith40242) reported

@TalkTalk I’d like to know if I can cancel my contact early (before it’s up for renewal).

  • stacksmith81 Stack Smith (@stacksmith81) reported

@talktalk already charge me nearly £40 a month for an inadequate service, a full fibre package when I have a copper connection to the house... now they want £80 for a new router because the one they originally supplied will not support updates... Please avoid Talktalk

  • vicbolt Vicki Bolton (@vicbolt) reported

.@TalkTalk I need help for my elderly neighbour. OpenReach dug up the street and cut off her phone and internet. She only has a 'brick' mobile and needs to talk to a real person to report the fault and get an engineer to come out. Can you help? This is an access issue.

  • BoveFromAbove Inevitable Chris (@BoveFromAbove) reported

@ALAW_89_MOT @traceya12 It's a valid concern, but is the government's track record really worse than that of private companies like Equifax, TalkTalk, or the numerous others that have experienced massive data breaches? If we abandoned any technology with a risk of data loss, we'd have no online banking or digital NHS records. The solution isn't to reject progress; it's to build more secure systems. A modern Digital ID is designed to be far more secure than anything that has come before. It's not one giant, hackable database. Security is built in through: • Decentralisation: The ID lives encrypted on your phone, not in a single government pot. • Encryption: All communication is end-to-end encrypted. • Biometrics: It requires your face or fingerprint to work. Losing your phone is infinitely safer than losing your wallet. One is a useless, encrypted brick to a thief; the other gives them your world.
