@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

@TalkTalk Over a week and still no service. Thankfully they're within the cooling off period so my parents have now decided to move to an alternative supplier. However, having provided no service whatsoever since the new contract talktalk sent a bill for £178. Criminal!

@babusuneelk @TalkTalk Some people said it is due to road work on Abercrombie street , there are a few households affected , my internet has been down since 10 oclock , on the customer service IVR it says there is a fault in my area and they are trying to fix it , that’s all I know hahaha

@TalkTalk Finally got through to someone on chat who apparently "fixed" my wifi problem. It is now worse than before! They insisted the line was the issue (when it is clearly the router that is the problem). Definitely switching now, I think.
