@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

@TalkTalk I am on a Chromebook on TT home WiFi. The DM envelope is down the side. I can't see a banner. On the left of your tweet there is a small coloured "TalkTalk" with "For Everyone" underneath. I can't access TalkTalk site & had TT emails through Outlook & bills by post for years.

Hey #talktalk how do you plan to resolve this efficiently? Rubbish and tight customer service. Get a modem to my parents, and do something with their bill!
