@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

@NART1 @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I’d tweet, write and email your request to cancel so you have a written record of your attempts, as well as keep calling. Then write to Ofcom the ombudsman who will be able to assist if they won’t comply or refund you. Good luck 🤞

@TalkTalk I honestly give up. Still getting my phone going quiet on calls. Not only that but you now won't take card payments. Your technical team were no help. Years of being your customer, if you don't care about my custom then I'm off. Plenty other companies want my custom.

Tried to downlaod it to my phone however on this occasion it kept saying 404 bad error. I the Ln shared the video that I uploaded to twitter to Facebook bai Twitter share. I turned my focus back to my TalkTalk bill and just felt uncomfortable about not getting thay E-Mail

Our wifi went off this morning. Seemingly at the same time as a telegraph pole down the road was replaced. However we haven't come back on. @TalkTalk says 2-3working days. However that means next week and I have 2 kids with exams. Surely a mistake can be sorted more quickly?

@TalkTalk I'm not prepared to waste any more of my life on a pointless chat. I want the call back from a manager that has been promised 3 times. A call back that actually happens and not 1 ring and the phone put down.

Contract by now. I'm hoping that someone @TalkTalk with some empathy will read this and stop this greedy money grab from your company but I can safely say that with the service we have received so far we will never be using you again when we do finally have a home.

@TalkTalk I have never encountered such appalling customer service when trying to resolve an issue. The fact that this is 8 weeks in to joining you is even more damning. Hrs on live chat, multiple cut off calls, promised call backs not made. Your team should be ashamed.
