    @TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

    @TalkTalk Hi Jessie, so, I've just had the pleasure of being hung up on, only to find out the night service has now been put on. I've been on the phone on behalf of my 91 Yr old mother who has not had full Youview connectivity for 4 months. I'm now told she has to pay extra. Really?

    @TalkTalk You are NOT here to help. 2 hours on phone at weekend, 25% increase in my monthly costs, and still no internet. Absolutely shocking customer service!!

    When you pay £50 a month on @TalkTalk internet but you iPhone hotspot has a better internet connection… how can you get out of a contract and a service as I’d rather just use my iPhone..

    @TalkTalk I've been a customer for 4 years, not had any broadband now since Sunday, the level of support I have received has been absolutely shocking, 5 phone calls and 5 online chats to be told every time to turn my router on and off for an hour.

    @TalkTalk Signed up for new fibre broadband. The engineer never showed up, so they rescheduled. 3 weeks later, engineer says there's no fibre available. Customer services just hung up on me. Bring a courier if you want your router back. Worst service I've ever experienced.

    @TalkTalk No. You will just refer me to the Service Centre who will put me on hold for an hour and tell me nothing like they did on Monday. You have the fault reference, Open Reach have been here, do you not know what your own company does?
