TalkTalk Issues Reports Near Stafford, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Stafford and nearby locations:

  • OfficialGMoore George Moore (@OfficialGMoore) reported from Eccleshall, England

Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

  • AnnatheMoomin Anna Moomin (@AnnatheMoomin) reported from Stafford, England

@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

  • eveashwell Eve (@eveashwell) reported from Penkridge, England

@NART1 @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I’d tweet, write and email your request to cancel so you have a written record of your attempts, as well as keep calling. Then write to Ofcom the ombudsman who will be able to assist if they won’t comply or refund you. Good luck 🤞

  • SW_Brereton Emma Taylor (@SW_Brereton) reported from Rugeley, England

Oh my goodness @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking... we have been a loyal customer for years our box breaks down and you wont replace it without me paying £40 for an enginer to come and check my broadband. #byebyetalktalk

@TalkTalk A phone company that cant call a vulnerable customer, a week after reporting a fault & doing nothing about it. Its 2021. Just call me asap so I can actually contact my support services online. With all the WFH ppl need working bb. Services must be fit for purpose by law.

  • Burnett_74 WB74 (@Burnett_74) reported

@TalkTalk Yes, can you tell me exactly what happened? Why it took so long to fix? And why there (if planned) wasn't any prior notice of work to be carried out? There are 3 people in our house all working from home and this was a nightmare.

  • FionaJaneKelly Fiona-Jane Kelly (@FionaJaneKelly) reported

@TalkTalk Internet is also down in UB2, I'm hoping you're gonna be refunding us due to the lack of service, we've paid for your services and not getting what we paid for

  • ParadiseCinePod ParadiseCinePodcast (@ParadiseCinePod) reported

But realistically it's going to be May Day weekend, that'll cut it fine so there may be a bit of a gap. I'm hoping my internet is fixed PROPERLY on Tuesday, to say TalkTalk are in my bad books is an understatement, I'm meant to be doing something next weekend recording wise!

  • dionysuslilipu1 pepogenes (@dionysuslilipu1) reported

  • wonderfullyshi1 wonderfullyshiva (@wonderfullyshi1) reported

@TalkTalk So i have to make a complaint to get the service Ive paid for? Its been more than a week now. Are you saying you arent going to call me to sort this & instead leave me, a listed vulnerable customer without the BB Im paying for? #MHFA #isolated

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@TalkTalk @lewis_herbert I’ve seen your price rises for existing customer.. this with her internet speed < 0.4 Mbps .. Dec2019 £42.95 Jan2020 £44.95 Oct2020 £46.45 Jan2021 £48.45 I think your 2019-20 revenues of £1.5billion reflect you collecting plenty of money.. your only worry is shareholder value.

  • Bobby48004197 Bobby (@Bobby48004197) reported

@TalkTalk if I wouldn't have noticed the 30 day no charge early termination option would I have been tied into the deal I had even though you changed the terms... I'm basically asking is everything stacked in the favour of the multimillion pound ISPs and the customer just a walet

  • dFuZeGtS dFuZeGtS (@dFuZeGtS) reported
