Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

@TalkTalk @ValenOnVulcan It would be more helpful TalkTalk, if you provided a general update to all of us affected, rather than just dealing with individual DMs. This has been going on for 24 hours and is the third major outage this year.

@TalkTalk I have been trying to reach your customer service centre for days to discuss my bill. The only people that appear to be available are your customer loyalty team who cut me off when I tell them I want to query the charge. This is despicable!

I hate scam callers. Just had one claiming to be from @TalkTalk technical support. When I asked why they were calling me she said "It's about your internet security". Yeah right.
