@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

If any of my followers are thinking of going with Talk talk then don't bother. Months of problems, 10 days without a service, the worst customer service, and a CEO (Tristia Harrison they couldn't care less about her customer's. They might be cheap but they're useless.@TalkTalk

@TalkTalk have you dialled down customers' internet speeds to encourage those on old tariffs to upgrade by any chance? Ours has been rubbish lately so we need to change provider unless you fix it. Soon.
