    Oh my goodness @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking... we have been a loyal customer for years our box breaks down and you wont replace it without me paying £40 for an enginer to come and check my broadband. #byebyetalktalk

    @TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

    Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

    @TalkTalk Thank you for your prompt reply but there's already an engineer on the telephone pole opposite my house, he's fixed the problem and our internet is back up and running

    @TalkTalk ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FROM TALKTALK STAFF WHO JUST CONSTANTLY LIE. 12TH SEPTEMBER FULL FIBRE 150 INSTALLATION WENT ALL WRONG AND CUSTOMER STILL NO ANSWERS EVEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMER SPOKE TO MULTIPLE TALKTALK STAFF SINCE THE 12TH SEPTEMBER. FRIGGING JOKE🤦

    @TalkTalk Tried every number you gave me since the 12th September and all I got out of those calls was TalkTalk Customer Service Employees Lying. A Simple Job can't be completed because staff at TalkTalk don't have a clue what's happening.

    @sali_campbell @TalkTalk Ours has also been down since yesterday, went down probably about 1300. Got an engineer coming out today to figure out what's happened, by the looks of it it's a talktalk problem, not our end

    @TalkTalk Phoned loyalty team 12/8 advised I'd be given a leaving date. 12/9 phoned again advised I'd be given a leaving date. Today online chat transferred me to Full Fibre team who couldn't help. Phoned loyalty again who referred me to complaints dept who cut me off. Nightmare!

    @TalkTalk: Hello, There is a fault with the T.V. Box as, on the Catch-Up Service App.s, no new Episodes are being added; in some cases, the only Episodes are from far back as 2016. This happened a few weeks ago and this fault is still Present. Can you assist...? Thanks!
