    @TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

    Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

    Oh my goodness @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking... we have been a loyal customer for years our box breaks down and you wont replace it without me paying £40 for an enginer to come and check my broadband. #byebyetalktalk

    @NART1 @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I’d tweet, write and email your request to cancel so you have a written record of your attempts, as well as keep calling. Then write to Ofcom the ombudsman who will be able to assist if they won’t comply or refund you. Good luck 🤞

    I don't like using Twitter for moaning as a customer. But my internet with @TalkTalk has been down since Christmas Eve and after 3 highly repetitive conversations with various tech support, it has finally been reported as a fault and someone will get back to me in 5 working days.

    @TalkTalk errr no. That's what the complaint is about. Going through the same loop 4 times and still having a poor connection and nothing sorted. BTW, if you want my login details, they were stolen a couple of years ago along with a few million others

    @TalkTalk I’ve had no broadband since before 7am and I’ve been using messenger to slowly talk to someone. I’ve now been told that a ‘network specialist’ will be in touch in 5 BUSINESS DAYS to fix it? Does that mean it might be fixed by the 6th of January??

    @TalkTalk My internet has been off since yesterday. I’ve tried all of the tests. The service centre says no outside fault but troubleshooting doesn’t work. Chat disconnected whilst testing. 🥶

    @TalkTalk hi my broadband has been down for around 4 hours - think it's to do with the fife loss of service any idea when that'll be sorted as I'm working from home :)))

    Total time spent on tech support with @TalkTalk going over the same issues again and again? Around 5 hours I estimate.

    TalkTalk fibre broadband failed on Christmas Eve whilst I was online. Tried a new router - same problem. Neighbours have same issue yet TalkTalk imply it is my fault and want to bill me for sending an engineer who won't arrive until 4th January
