@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

@TalkTalk My wife who is 77 in bad health cannot get any satisfaction at all off TalkTalk all she wants is broadband No TV No phone I’ve tried DM complete waste of time all she she wants is peace of mind not being on the phone for hours getting fobbed off. PLEASE HELP HER.

@TalkTalk I've been a customer for years, just upgraded my Broadband package with you via chat and the email confirmation said I'll be charged a one of £60 setting up fee? This wasn't mentioned in the chat text. Not great.

@TalkTalk Wasted frustrating +1.5hrs w rep who couldnt hear/understand much of what I asked re new contract.Only when reciting contract terms was further info re added charges mentioned. When I (again) asked for line mgr he told me to redial. I refused. V poor service. My a/c: 7000034689

@TalkTalk I had an issue with my broadband you send an engineer to sort the fault and I’m now being charged 65 pounds for the privilege of your actions!! Even though it’s your fault!! Nope not paying it. Sort it out #nevergowithtalktalk #customerserviceishorrendous
