@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

@TalkTalk i have received the worst service. Our internet went off i called a guy who tested the line and said it must be the box and he booked appointment for tomorrow (this was 13:30) internet has since come in as did our neighbours. called to cancel and now getting charged

@TalkTalk Disgraceful & incompetent service today. Spent nearly 4 hours in total on phone diagnosing ‘fault’ & waiting for engineer, only to discover it was planned work. Appalling comms. Laughable insult of £5 compensation offer for work lost. Will be switching asap.

@TalkTalk Hello TalkTalk -I have no idea what your internal infrastructure is, and I don't think I care - but if you don't fix my landline soon I will explode. For nearly a month I have been promised it would be done "within 3 working days". Have spoken to people in UK, Nigeria, SAfrica/.
