@TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

@TalkTalk Our email sent 16/8 has been ignored, no internet again for last 17+ hrs, had to lose my day's income. Don't want more DMs telling me to "turn it on and off" but want a phonecall to FIX this asap (on the mobile number for the account-can DM it). Terrible service so far.

@TalkTalk well at last fixed. 5 days without service though is awful. And the ‘serious line fault’. Well according to engineer it was simply that someone switched us off at the exchange. Took less then 5mins.
