    @TalkTalk It’s super slow, can’t watch anything on Netflix etc because it’s so pixelated and keeps buffering, have to use our phone data at home. We’ve restarted it so many times but it’s still happening

    @TalkTalk this must be the worst supplier in the country. I have my 4th engineer visit this Wednesday. They just ran a test and now my streaming is buffetting. Useless they are.#talktalkcustomerservice

    Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

    @NART1 @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I’d tweet, write and email your request to cancel so you have a written record of your attempts, as well as keep calling. Then write to Ofcom the ombudsman who will be able to assist if they won’t comply or refund you. Good luck 🤞

    @OpenreachHelp I was due to have FFTP fitted this week, but no one came to fit a box in the house. Copper now disconnected at the exchange. Complained to TalkTalk but Openreach tell them the job is complete and they won’t come out as there is no fault. Help!

    @BBCWatchdog Good Evening. We're having trouble with @TalkTalk, as they are avoiding replacing faulty equipment. We have a YouView set top box that doesn't work. We have been sent around in circles all day and they are being incredibly unhelpful.

    @TalkTalk My broadband is down, I called and got a text message saying it will take 2-3 days to be fixed. I called again as my situation requires the issue being resolved in hours. You customer service was disgusting in their help and understanding.

    @TalkTalk I moved house 2 weeks ago was due an engineer today to install. never turned up…. Had really bad communication last week or so couldn’t get through on phone. When I did they told me they waiting on my old equipment returned I’ve never received the packaging as promised…
