@TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

@TalkTalk It is still the same yeah, and we have run the checks. The line check was done and said it sorted something but issue still ongoing. Obviously can't ring the issue through as call centres shut.

@unfortunatalie As it's @talktalk that have messed up can't they supply a free 4G mifi until it's fixed? If it's really going to take them two weeks you might as well try a few ISPs with a better service record and see if you can move to them.

@TalkTalk openreach cancelled my order and I have to now wait until the 3 rd of February for them to switch my internet on 🤬THATS 47 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED THE SERVICE! They give you the absolute run around! I lost my job because I haven’t had the internet to do my job ! Cheers 🤬

Hello, both my partner and I have @TalkTalk and both cannot get subtitles on itvhub. Subtitles are working on apps and pc and Freeview. I have read on Twitter and @TalkTalk community page that others have this problem. Are you aware of this? Thank you
