John Fletcher (@johnfletch24) reported@TalkTalk what a load of shite. Router issues & takes 2 weeks to identify the issue then a further 2 weeks for a router to be ordered. Customer service absolute joke as well. Near enough impossible to speak with anyone to resolve the issue.

Essentially 2 weeks of being fobbed off with turn your router on & off The lack of willingness to resolve the issue shows how little you value customers We have been impacted financially and my son educationally.

Matt Nation (@mattnation73) reported@TalkTalk literally no way to report a fault with broadband. All support systems go to a chat bot or answerphone message that just instructs you to restart the router. Any attempt to connect to a live support staff fails. Will be contacting trading standards.
