    @TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

    @TalkTalk thanks for making it absolutely impossible to work from home today - connection constantly dropping, the same yesterday too. Really am getting fed up of this service.

    @talktalk What shocking service from Talk Talk, waiting for an engineer for installation, which was booked 6 weeks ago, to be told no appointment is booked in and yet received emails and text stating it is. Have I made a mistake going to #Talktalk ?

    We have had multiple openreach engineer visits to the house. They are telling us they CAN fix the issue, but need @TalkTalk to instruct them to do so. Currently we have no Internet service. We have had these outages since we moved in 6 months ago. We need this fixed ASAP pls.

    @TalkTalk No!!! Still unable to login to MyAccount,gets to vthe "preparing" page and then goes into an endles loop. Any further advice please

    @TalkTalk Not a helpful reply, as mentioned, we've been trying to login to check the status for the last 48 hours but it won't load so we can't get any info from it. This is happening all too often - at least once a week for hours at a time and it's making working from home difficult.

    @TalkTalk I have already done a live chat with TalkTalk and all the relevant checks were done. The issue was referred to a higher technical team.

    Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

    @OpenreachHelp @nicolez_x It may have been Kelly’s or MJQuinns, Openreach don’t work on Cityfibres network. You need to speak to TalkTalk again, tell them it’s a Cityfibre connection and they need to deal with it.

    @TalkTalk No can’t be bothered now, absolutely shocking, bordering diabolical service. Not even made it into minute one of my contract before requesting termination. It’s apparent from the lies, finger pointing and lack of apologies that I made a grave error signing up to #talktalk .
