  @TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

  @TalkTalk We have been with Talktalk (AOL) for over 20+ years, and to be honest, they were never the best in the business. However, since transferring over to fibre optic in 2025, it has gone from bad to worse, and we are getting out ASAP.

  @TalkTalk This was a nationwide issue. Your website was down. When I eventually got in it said my connection was fine. Two things. 1. Your diagnostic tools aren't working properly. 2. Why did it take so long for you to post a SM message saying there were issue.

  @status_is_down My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!
