Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? But I lost track of how many times I had tweets like this. And you never did sort it. So I left. I'm afraid your "customer care" is non-existent.

Instead you have to sign up & ask a 'community' your question. Total lottery who answers or whether anyone will. Not good service at all.

We did subscribe to talktalk several weeks ago and have yet, to this day, to have anything installed at our home. Yet, we are getting bills for a service we do not have.
