@OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

I swear - our @TalkTalk WiFi goes down every other month. I go through the hassle of the check on the website. They say we need an engineer. And then it fixes itself within an hour. Bored of having to do this now.

Worst internet EVER @TalkTalk @TALKTALKGROUP spends more time down then up I’ve never known ANYTHING like this ever. You should literally be ashamed of yourself to call yourself an internet provider. The only thing you provide is frustration and misery.

@TalkTalk This DM service is disgraceful! I am being talked around in circles. Now all of my recordings have magically disappeared, then you instructed me to do a Factory Reset & are now blaming the disappearance on me not choosing to save my recordings. They disappeared BEFORE!!

Presents for Christmas that require internet connections but a diagnostics test from TalkTalk says they need to send out an engineer & it needs to be booked via home phone line (never used, no handset) & could cost us. I also work from home so this'll be fun Tuesday.

@iraa_pappa @TalkTalk Same for us. 42 in queue, going down to 36 in queue over 45 mins. Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? We want to leave!

@TalkTalk wifi off for almost 24 hours. Told an engineer will visit in 2-3 days. Now I cannot work for 2-3 days. Told I "might" get compensated. This company is awful. Do not recommend. This is how you are treated being a paying customer of 7 years. Shocking.

@TalkTalk Over 90 phone calls this year and ended up going through your CEO complaints team last time. I have no faith that 99.9% of staff at talktalk could find there *** with both hands in there back pockets. So im bot believing anyone at CS can help.

@TalkTalk Be better. If you offer something and say that you’re coming to fit a new service that wasn’t ordered and seems to be something you and / or City Fibre want to do: make sure it works. I’m now wasting MY time sorting out something of YOUR doing.

He cancelled his account by written letter - it’s the only technology he’s got. They won’t cancel, they won’t let him pass security, they demand money.

@TalkTalk Thanks for the offer, I don't currently have any problems but often find it frustrating dealing with TalkTalk technical support who just seem to be reading off scripts. On one occasion after it took a month to resolve an issue created by operator error, I even got an apology!
