Not a single issue with the service in that time, engineers were great when they fitted everything and billing is exactly the same every month. No surprises.

Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me.
