Mademoiselle LeVell Comedy (@M_elleLeVell) reported from Birmingham, England@TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

Hours of phone calls and internet chat and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Not happy. 😠

Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!
