    Had a terrible experience with @TalkTalk Been charged for broadband I haven't used when I cancelled my account with them within my cooling off period and before installation. Hours of phone calls and internet chat and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Not happy. 😠

    @PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

    Laughable call with @TalkTalk support. My contract is about to expire and the operator essentially told me to cancel my contract if have found cheaper fibre with @Hyperoptic. Now I'm on hold to cancel...

    @TalkTalk at my sister's. New customer for 4/5 weeks. Internet download speeds of 0.34 mbs yesterday. No access to Netflix. Downloading an audio book for the last 6 hours. 3/4 downloaded. Awful service. Finally sending new router. Poor show.

    How is it I'm having problems with all my devices intermittently connecting and disconnecting but @TalkTalk didn't believe me and said everything is fine.. everything isn't fine because I can't access the internet to do my uni work... but been told to monitor it for 2 days 😊😊

    @TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

    @Lukedfrt @SkyUK If sky stick to their guns, I'll wait for my contract ends in September & will never return back to them, pulling a stunt like this. Have you heard the new @TalkTalk ad you can take a contract out with them and I will not increase the price throughout the whole of the contract

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusted, flabbergasted and distraught at lack of customer support following death of my father. TT cut off my Mums services as in Dad name who has died;endured me to over 5hrs calls in 24hrs, repeated he is dead over 40 times now.. still holding as I type.

    @TalkTalk my broadband speed is typically much less than I pay for. We've done the trouble shooting and the speeds are still consistently garbage. Who is better placed to handle this complaint? Your chatbot only seems to work office hours. Unfortunately I work those hours too.

    @TalkTalk left my 80 year old parents with no internet again for a week. Router had been verified independently and you "fixed" two issues on the line but still no service. What is the notice period to move to a decent provider? Your line checker page doesn't even work!!

    @TalkTalk Hi I've had a open complaint since I rang in August. I'm pretty sure youre actively avoiding helping. I've had 9 dates set for a manager to call and every time on that date I get a message just before I'm due the call to say its been moved to another date.
