M. Alhomsi (@DrMKHomsi) reported from Birmingham, England@TalkTalk this is going to be a formal complaint, since yesterday I am being messed around by every single useless customer service provider, not being able to get to your chat and your line today after holding more than 1 hour been thrown from one department to another 4 times!

Ash❗️ (@A_J_92) reported from Birmingham, England@georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Yes most definitely. I feel your pain with those idiots. I made a complaint to the CEO ended up just having to pay a cancellation charge of 60.00 instead of 200+ as I still had a while left on my contract.
-

We want to leave!

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi UK comms infrastructure is regulated by Ofcom, with BT competing against Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and others for broadband—Royal Mail has rivals like Hermes and DPD too. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?
