Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!
