Hours of phone calls and internet chat and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Not happy. 😠

Downloading an audio book for the last 6 hours. 3/4 downloaded. Awful service. Finally sending new router. Poor show.

Have you heard the new @TalkTalk ad you can take a contract out with them and I will not increase the price throughout the whole of the contract

Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

It is a larger issue than my house, yet you didn't acknowledge that. Suggest that you remove this tweet and acknowledge the issue was NOT fixed and provide an update.
