Presents for Christmas that require internet connections but a diagnostics test from TalkTalk says they need to send out an engineer & it needs to be booked via home phone line (never used, no handset) & could cost us. I also work from home so this'll be fun Tuesday.

Worst internet EVER @TalkTalk @TALKTALKGROUP spends more time down then up I’ve never known ANYTHING like this ever. You should literally be ashamed of yourself to call yourself an internet provider. The only thing you provide is frustration and misery.

@OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

Not only do @TalkTalk ignore their loyal paying customers who have faults with their service, they also ignore their Twitter account when complaints are made about it! Clearly they’re not concerned about loyalty and customers leaving them for other service providers.
