Presents for Christmas that require internet connections but a diagnostics test from TalkTalk says they need to send out an engineer & it needs to be booked via home phone line (never used, no handset) & could cost us. I also work from home so this'll be fun Tuesday.

Worst internet EVER @TalkTalk @TALKTALKGROUP spends more time down then up I’ve never known ANYTHING like this ever. You should literally be ashamed of yourself to call yourself an internet provider. The only thing you provide is frustration and misery.

I swear - our @TalkTalk WiFi goes down every other month. I go through the hassle of the check on the website. They say we need an engineer. And then it fixes itself within an hour. Bored of having to do this now.

@iraa_pappa @TalkTalk Same for us. 42 in queue, going down to 36 in queue over 45 mins. Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? We want to leave!

Ring @TalkTalk to try to cancel my contract, get told I'm going to be passed on to someone who deals with cancellations. On hold for 35 mins, then hear a message saying they are now closed and it hangs up on me. Not good enough. Shouldn't be left on hold then hung up on 😤

@TalkTalk @resolvercouk if I have to pay exit fee they should pay for loss of service and all expenses that I am out of pocket since they don't stick to verbal contract which is legally binding in this country.
