@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@talktalk is just like Wonderland. Nothing makes sense. I Have no email. I used to go on line and find a page that told me talktalk knew THEY had a problem. Now that page has changed and email is not mentioned. Almost as if tt has no answer so has removed the chance to ask!

Absolutely shocking experience trying to contact @TalkTalk . Can’t get through on the phone and tried their message service for 4 days with no response. Internet dropping every 5 minutes trying to homeschool a high school kid is a joke. Will go elsewhere if no luck tomorrow 😡

@LouEmily @TalkTalk I've been having similar problems for a month now. Live chat is garbage. It's more productive to repeatedly slam your head against the nearest brick wall.
