    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

    Two weeks on and the @TalkTalk saga continues. Still no service, daily phone calls & online chats & still no refund of £358 that they owe me. Absolute nightmare!! Shame on you Talk Talk. If you are thinking of using Talk Talk.... DON'T DO IT!!

    A week on and absolutely no progress.... @TalkTalk you are a disgrace!! I would advise everyone to avoid this company at all cost. Customer service is non-existent! Money grabbers!

    @TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk I decided to take a deal with you for my new house, worst decision ever, services should have gone live on 10th March, still nothing, no service, no router. You haven't even bothered to contact me, I have had to contact you. I work from home, this us unacceptable.

    where my house is we don’t have access to virgin media wifi cos they’re independent from bt so we’re on talktalk and let me tell u every day i have to stop myself from karen tweeting at their page wtf is wrong with my wifi every single day

    @TalkTalk never in my life have I experienced such bad customer services. I cannot believe the incompetency of one company. I only want to change the name of the person paying the bill. I have had the phone put down on me three times now!
