    @breeallegretti None of us were able to predict" lax security would create massive hacking opportunity" - Dido Harding, head of the TalkTalk Paraphrased by Lionel Mandrake, victim of hacking - to this day. Can't explain how much trouble & inconvenience their negligence has caused me.

    @SophieEB @virginmedia Had nothing but trouble with Virgin and when I came to leave them their customer service assistant turned to rudeness & bullying tactics. Thankfully we have Ultra Fibre Optic from @talktalk highly recommend.

    @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Good for you, too many people just pay it and don’t do anything about it. You have to stand up to these companies. Took me 18 mths to get issues sorted here with Eir but no way was I letting them get away with it. They rob people as it is, same as sky, charge way too much!

    @TalkTalk hands down the worst service and CUSTOMER service ever! So disappointed. 4 days in this day and age is unacceptable for an elderly person to be without a phone line which is a life line.
