2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

If anyone sees this please don’t go with @SkyUK I thought talktalk was bad and changed providers 2 weeks ago. But I was wrong talktalk is actually much better compared to this bollocks. Very slow and currently no coverage. Can’t wait to live back for talktalk on 6th July!

The @talktalk box I was promised has not been delivered. The router I was promised has not been delivered, not even ordered by the company. Three phone calls over two hours and two weeks. Problem still not solved. No internet and a sub standard tv service. Not good

@TalkTalk Help! My 73 year old mother-in-law has no incoming calls, & a bad line calling out, she called twice, doesn't remember her security questions & dosent have online, and keeps being told to go online!! how can she resolve this?

Utility companies really do treat customers like dirt. Still having to pay full price for @TalkTalk internet despite going a week without due to their update & needing new router. Measly £8.40 compensation not being paid, despite loss of income, expense & 3+ hours spent on phone.

@TalkTalk No, your advice will be ‘let us send out an engineer you will pay for to then say it’s a router issue, so you will have to pay for a new router to be installed, and that will take 4 weeks to happen’ by far the worst ISP in the UK, what a ******* rip off.
