@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@BBCBenThompson @TalkTalk Shameful. I was with @TalkTalk. I’d rather run towards a wall with tooth picks under my toenails. I’d never ever use them again.

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@TalkTalk absolutely disgusted by the service you have given my mother, an 81 year old woman with health issues you are aware of. Not only will you not rectify her broadband issues without trying to sell her additional unnecessary equipment, you also want to charge her to cancel

@TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. On live chat, your rep just ended the conversation when I asked them to provide me details of 12 month deals so I could compare as I was thinking of leaving…

@Bazthebearuk @jazz_vampire Because a) we are past the point at which we can cancel our TalkTalk contract, and b) because as I already said, the printer and the laptop are not in the same room.

Hello @TalkTalk. I'm getting a few pensioners ask me if there is a way to cancel thier contract with you without fees as they cannot afford the price rise. £60 a year is a lot when you are on a pension and electric and everything else has gone through the roof. @Ofcom #TalkTalk
