    Wow, BT have just overtaken TalkTalk as the worst ISP I’ve ever had, not that many months in and the Routers broken 🙄 pretty shoddy all round really

    @TalkTalk Hi Harold - Open Reach have been out this morning and have checked the line. There was a fault on it but that was cleared last night. We have hard reset the router this morning (not as advised by TalkTalk BTW) and fingers crossed, we may have resolved the issue. 0/10 for service.
