Two weeks on and the @TalkTalk saga continues. Still no service, daily phone calls & online chats & still no refund of £358 that they owe me. Absolute nightmare!! Shame on you Talk Talk. If you are thinking of using Talk Talk.... DON'T DO IT!!

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

@TalkTalk so you have failed to install internet since April, taken two payments from@my account, and today passed me from technical service to account closure to billings to technical service to account closure and then cut me off after 30 mins . Appalling service just appalling

@TalkTalk Also I have given my concern and Notice to cancel my Contract with you lot.. Never been cancelled and when spoke to billing department he says it won't until the new provider requests for cancellation.
