@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Yes TT are bad - but most service providers are as bad as each other. If a good one ever emerges, they quickly get swamped and dragged down.

I’ve had no internet for the past 4 days I was told it would be back on in a maximum of 72 hours. Now I’m being told it’s going to take a further 3 days to investigate this? @TalkTalk do you really think this is okay? I will never use talk talk services ever again.

@TalkTalk worst service, work call centre staff, no one even understands what your saying, there website doesn’t work properly, you call and get sent through 10 different departments to be told they can’t help you 🥹 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

And the award for the quickest failure in connectivity goes to @TalkTalk internet is down after about a week of being with them… customer service said they’d send a new router which could arrive in 5 days. They also said “we will see what we can do about a partial refund” 😡

@TalkTalk please come and fix my broadband, its been an endless 3 days of cycle of calls and transferring from dept to dept with no booked engineer to come out. I need to work.
