@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

Two weeks on and the @TalkTalk saga continues. Still no service, daily phone calls & online chats & still no refund of £358 that they owe me. Absolute nightmare!! Shame on you Talk Talk. If you are thinking of using Talk Talk.... DON'T DO IT!!

@TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

@virginmedia Can you help with letting me know when my Wi-Fi Pod will turn up. I ordered my second one and the first one I had has now broken after 2 days. I have had to start using my old broadband from @TalkTalk as without a pods you broadband does not reach across my house.

@TalkTalk won my case with ombudsman yet your still failing to do as ombudsman said. You refuse to sort out the social tarrif and your team have added packages onto my service without permission
