@TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk You've charged me £50 to send out an engineer 4 a crackly phone line. He said the problem needs seeing to by an external engineer. U then sent me second engineer he said he's still an internal engineer. I then called again, ur rep promised an external engineer today - no one came

@liv_css @TalkTalk Had the same issue. Was told I would have the days I was w/o internet reimbursed automatically. That is not perfect when you do work from home as there’s income you lose, or money you’re spending on an alternative internet connection. I’m also anyway yet to see any reimbursement.
