As the account holder, I deplore @talktalk for their ability to get running in my new home. 3 weeks delay on service, 3 weeks delay on a complaint and now that an engineer has approved my service through home visit, they still say I have to wait for it to be switched on!

@TalkTalk Hi. My landline phone has suddenly started ringing differently. I had an incoming call and the tone was longer and with a prolonged pause in between in between each ring. Is there an issue with the line?

@TalkTalk Yeah he has already talked to an Account Holder several times and keeps getting given pretty terrible customer service. If you are willing to phone him and take it seriously its might be better as so far it's been uneventful.

@OpenreachHelp We've tried, twice. @TalkTalk completely fail to provide us with any useful information, just reschedule after reschedule. It's absurd, especially when you pay for a tariff where there isn't even any Internet being installed to use it.

It's amazing how interested @TalkTalk are in your opinions of their company, or flexible they are about pricing once you've stopped giving them money and switched to another provider. Because they really don't seem to give a flying **** when you're a paying customer. #neveragain

@TalkTalk some actually **** internet from you recently holy ****... 190ms ping and anywhere from 5mbs to 15mbs down when im supposed to have like 8ms ping and 75 down
