    @TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @BBCBenThompson @TalkTalk Shameful. I was with @TalkTalk. I’d rather run towards a wall with tooth picks under my toenails. I’d never ever use them again.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    Two weeks on and the @TalkTalk saga continues. Still no service, daily phone calls & online chats & still no refund of £358 that they owe me. Absolute nightmare!! Shame on you Talk Talk. If you are thinking of using Talk Talk.... DON'T DO IT!!

    A week on and absolutely no progress.... @TalkTalk you are a disgrace!! I would advise everyone to avoid this company at all cost. Customer service is non-existent! Money grabbers!

    @TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

    @TalkTalk My speeds have dropped from around 60mbs to a measly 12mbs today. Did a network stability test to see if there were any issues but it found none. Can you help?

    @talktalk tech support sucks. They tell me that I should change my WiFi password to stop a port sniffing attack. When I said "how is someone trying to break into my network using a DoS attack using my WiFi password?" Her response was to reset my router to factory settings....

    Tell ya what tho @TalkTalk wifi is absolute dogshite man, imagine nothing in me house, not even the PS4 that is physically connected to the router via the cable that came with it, connecting to the wifi. honestly just **** off ahahahaha
