I've just resolved my long standing issues with @TalkTalk after a human conversation with an excellent agent in their CEO's office called Francis. I hope now that this is the end of my problems. I'd wasted an enormous amount of time on it as well as suffering frequent 'outages'.

@TalkTalk 1 of 2 I take it from not having a response and no engineer turning up and no one from Talk Talk bothering to call me back although I was promised a call back I have to continue with no broadband and no telephone service. It is coming to 4 weeks without service.

@TalkTalk My Internet just went down. Phone line is OK. Unplugged LAN connection and rebooted router twice. Are there any issues in SW London?

@talktalk a month after placing an order, 2 missed go live dates and 10 hours on the phone chasing up our new router, today our old service provider cut off our internet as instructed by you. We have no internet and you cannot tell me when my router will be despatched. Help!

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk If your connection involves any form of copper and is not full fibre...it's an absolute nightmare to get Openreach to resolve. New engineers aren't trained in copper and parts of the network are so old, waterlogged and neglected. As an ISP partner, we don't push selling...

@lorrainemills3 @TalkTalk They have said that at the end of March after I’ve been billed I can contact them to be refunded. Unfortunate they can be not taken retroactive steps and the issue looms. So I’ll set a reminder. I’ll keep you posted on the outcome!

@TalkTalk Been calling up the same department for 8 days straight and still no outcome. I’ve spent at least 5hrs being on hold all week My broadband still doesn’t work. Can I proceed to cancel future fibre. It doesn’t work and and your support teams don’t haven’t helped me all week.
