@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

Two weeks on and the @TalkTalk saga continues. Still no service, daily phone calls & online chats & still no refund of £358 that they owe me. Absolute nightmare!! Shame on you Talk Talk. If you are thinking of using Talk Talk.... DON'T DO IT!!

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

@shinyperson @CruisingTheCut TalkTalk fixed a problem here (Openreach) with a number of visits and didn’t charge a penny, even though the fault was with the property. Put in new connections etc. £58 a month & no complaints

@CruisingTheCut TalkTalk have come up cheapest for us every renewal for the last six years. Good service too, when we've had line issues it's always been fixed within 24 hours.

@CruisingTheCut I am in Gloucestershire and have been with TalkTalk for years. I know they don’t have the best rep and maybe aren’t they cheapest but it works for me. I work from home so reliability is paramount. Sorted out a property connex issue recently with no charge.

@TalkTalk I'm tired of calling back and forth. Ever since installing your router in my new home I've never had constant WiFi. Its becomingvery annoying now. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. Arrrrrgh 😠😠😠😠 I'm sorry but I'm at the end of my teather with your service.
