    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @TalkTalk Both. Currently on the phone to your customer service 56 minutes and counting...not solved as yet.

    @TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk I’ve gone through your system and had a report saying it was a problem at my end. I’ve contacted my sons school to say he won’t be doing the online lessons and was told that the school have had a lot of people saying the same due to talktalk connection issues. So thanks anyway...

    @TalkTalk I beg of you to please improve your WiFi. I’ve had to leave an online lesson due to how unstable the connection is. This can’t be accepted during a pandemic when students rely on your network

    My current contract with TalkTalk expires in 5 days, and I have decided not to renew my contact with them for various reasons. However, I can't find a way to cancel their service, without having to call them. I'm also looking for broadband recommendations?

    Home Internet and phone lines down. @TalkTalk tell me that a Case Manager will get back to me in the next 5 working days! Told them I'm working from home and the kids are home schooling, they added a note to my file. THANKS FOR THAT!

    @TalkTalk our Internet is down but you're saying its a home set up fault and there's no issues... however everyone with TalkTalk on our towns FB page is saying theirs is down too, must be a wider issue than our home set up surely?
