@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk There are still issues: Connection goes when watching the BBC i-player. Picture quality has been fading in and out streaming on Sky Go. Screen sharing connection between laptop and TV not always stable. These are all much worse than they have been.

@TalkTalk Dear @TalkTalk we closed our account with you on January 7th and paid our last bill. We cannot login online anymore but yet you are still emailing us bills. Please can you stop emailing us. It took me a week to cancel our account with you over the phone. I won’t be calling

@ncrbrts @laurenjadeball @TalkTalk The fastest three non-commercial providers of internet connections are Virgin's Cable, BT's Full Fibre, and then EE/Vodafone 'mobile broadband'. Before you cancel, do you know which of these are available to you?

@Richhomer78 @TalkTalk That sucks! If you had one of BT's 4G Assure products, their mobile broadband kicks in when the physical line fails. This might not be much help immediately but perhaps good to know. And if you're in a covered area, you could order on Monday and live on Tuesday!

@TalkTalk I’ve been experiencing a total loss of service for the LAST 5 DAYS. I am a key worker who cannot do their job & scared about loosing it the live chat service is awful - why don’t you have a strategy to support people facing this issue like a dongle like other providers?
