@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@BBCBenThompson @TalkTalk Shameful. I was with @TalkTalk. I’d rather run towards a wall with tooth picks under my toenails. I’d never ever use them again.

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

So basically Talktalk cut us off over a rescheduled fibre upgrade, wouldn't admit it, 3 engineers later admits it, can't put us back on, we have to cancel and renew, which takes 6 days, and we're not allowed compensation because of the fibre contract upgrade we didn't even get.

Hi @TalkTalk I thought your internet service was bad but your customer service is even worse! I have waited over 2 weeks for a new router and I was told on the phone today to be patient! Seriously?! I cannot access my work VPN and am unable to do any work!

@TalkTalk I find it very audacious that you are trying to charge me an additional £41 for leaving you!When I have dutifully paid my broadband bill every month for the last 5 1/2 years without fail. I upheld my part of the bargain, Julian. You failed to provide a service that I paid for.

@TalkTalk Seems to be stable now. Biggest issue I have, clearly there was an issue over a few hours but your service status page stated no issues. Why do customers not get a 24hr a day customer service, we need someone to talk to when issues arise.

@TalkTalk worst internet provider ever! I was promised a new router 2 weeks ago and it never actually got ordered. Apparently it was reordered on Monday and I was told it would be delivered today and shock horror it never arrived!
