@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

(PS: TalkTalk are also a company where, when dealing with a relative's affairs under LPA as they have dementia, insisted that observing an LPA was voluntary and they wanted a court order. A *court order* to change a pensioners tarriff. Took a complaint to OPG & CEO to sort it)

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk We had the same problem, but went on the service centre and ran a service check, then a connection check and it found a fault and sent someone out within 2 days n sorted now. Didn't need to speak to anyone.

No @TalkTalk broadband AGAIN! I’ve been without internet for 2 days. Unlike me their engineers don’t work on weekends. And it could take 3 days to repair from Monday. I had all this just before Christmas. Superfast broadband, Superbad, Superslow service. Avoid TALKTALK!
