@TalkTalk Is it a deliberate tactic to call disgruntled customers, not talk when they answer the phone, and then leave a message blaming the customer for not answering the phone? There is nothing wrong with my reception, I've taken calls all day.

@TalkTalk No you wouldn’t. I tried your Twitter support before and you were less than useless. I’m currently dealing with your live chat team who, frankly aren’t much better but at least the conversation with them is marginally quicker!
