    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @TalkTalk Both. Currently on the phone to your customer service 56 minutes and counting...not solved as yet.

    @TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk why is that I can see Black Friday deals on my phone when I log in to my account. But cannot see them on my laptop. AND when I called customer services they couldn’t explain this. Nor code they offer me the Black Friday deal. I give up in the end.

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusted with customer services, Iv been paying for something I have not used for over 6 months. They have refused to help cancel the direct debit. Every time I rang I’m passed from pillar to post, no one wants to help me resolve the situation.

    @TalkTalk Hiya, I have no internet connection st1, Stoke-on-Trent. New customer too so this is disappointing. Everything is fine on my account. The router is flashing constantly. Is there a problem locally?

    When a company like @talktalk is told someone is vulnerable, @ofcom recommends using multiple lines of communication- email, letters, phone - to provide a summary in writing, and what help is available to disabled customers.

    @SarahHemm @TalkTalk @virginmedia That's awful. Young people on the end of the lines who don't care for whatever reason and no managers to help. I did like the old days of people who actually helped you. I don't know why telecoms service is so awful in particular.
