    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk Spoke to another agent today who told me I need to cancel my (non-existent) @TalkTalk account, wait three business days, return your kit, and then sign up for new service which would require another two weeks after that to turn on. I give up 1/x

    @TalkTalk You’ve lost a customer for life. And plenty more if I have anything to do with it. The incompetence I’ve seen at display, the silos and lack of communication and coordination, and full ineptitude is obscene. Going back to @bt_uk who are able to sort me out by tomorrow

    @TalkTalk very poor response from talk talk. We’ve had no internet for 3 weeks and customer services are useless. Don’t have time to keep chasing up for a response

    @TalkTalk please could I have a response to a community post sent last week and again last night. No verify e mail has come through. VPN not working it’s not a problem with my laptop it’s a firmware / router problem two weeks now and unable to wfh. Thanks

    @TalkTalk Can you stop your stupid sales team ringing and trying to get us to take full fibre? We had it installed over a month ago and it's still not working, just passed from department to department. Communication company that don't know how to communicate 🤡🤡🤡

    @Athena58 TalkTalk is to Telecomms what the Austin Allegro was to Quality motoring! Imho they are not motivated by service standards or customer satisfaction. They only want to interact with customers to take money off them When a customer wants to leave they stretch out the process
