@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk Exactly my point. He’s 80 years old and UNABLE to answer the security! We’ve provided more than enough evidence to show who we are, we’ve sent photos of letters, bank account payments etc... why is that not enough? All we want to do is cancel! It’s wrong!

@TalkTalk How about just upgrade the service instead of putting plasters on it as a temporary fix all the time. 5G will make home broadband extinct if you don't upgrade in time.

@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph 3 months we have been trying to cancel our services! Because my 80 year old grandfather cannot answer his security questions they are refusing us access to the account which we STOPPED USING COMPLETELY in March.
