    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk Both. Currently on the phone to your customer service 56 minutes and counting...not solved as yet.

    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @TalkTalk As I said I can access my email with no problem using the same password via the Internet but not via the app on different devices.

    @TalkTalk Trying to talk to your customer service team is like talking to a door they have yelled and spoken over us lied to us 2 people have said different things and hung up the phone on us great company.

    @TalkTalk @baldgrany Please send me details to raise a formal complaint too. My mum is 84 doesn't have a computer or use wifi or broadband just a landline for Careline but she is paying £30-35/mth for fast fibre & next month her bill is going up by £14?! How many other old people are being abused?!😡

    @TalkTalk Left now but having your reps not lie to customers about getting a bad experience somewhere else, deliver a base level of customer service that doesn't involve just hanging up on people and giving people the speeds they pay for would be a start.
