@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

Wow @TalkTalk and their customer service is on point. Not. Speak to them on chat apparently they can’t do it told to ring the number closed he then tells me he’ll pass me on. No replies. Apparently chats now closed too. Maybe it’s not worth being a new customer after all 🤔

@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service. In early December 2021 reported my sister’s death as she was a customer. I got stuck In a loop with live Chat and then when there was a point blank refusal to provide a callback eons waiting for a human being to answer the call I was being charged 4
