2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk quick question. If you haven’t sent my router, don’t answer your phones, and won’t let me set up MyAccount because the information you’ve sent me is invalid, can you advise how I’m supposed to get my service up and running? 2 calls aswered silent after 15m on hold.

@TalkTalk Ian just sort the problem out , all the info is on the Dm . We cancelled may and are still being asked for money , and when the customer service team who are paid to help just ignore and lie to you theres no hope . I just want you to get talk talk to stop contacting us .

Hi @TalkTalk Can you please direct me to your live chat? I don't do phone calls and when my partner tried to call you instead, they were told you wouldn't speak to them. The issue is quite urgent as it is about an engineer visit happening right now.
