@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

When @TalkTalk staff repeatedly lie to the customer then its time to contact OFCOM and leave TalkTalk in the dirt. Never have I had such poor service from so many despicable staff.

@TalkTalk APPALLING SERVICE. Trying to cancel broadband for my 87 year old mother in law. She has moved out, is confused, and can’t remember her e mail address. Told ‘sorry, she’s failed our security’ check. Is this really how we treat our older generation? She’s really upset now

@TalkTalk not only has my wifi been down for days they don’t help, tell you to message back 24 hours later and ask the same questions over and over. No UK phone number all done through some clunky online chat. Shocking really
