@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

Are you thinking about get wifi with @talktalk? just don’t! weeks for them to even install it! Lie and lie from their staff! Especially online ones! literally the worst customer service Iv seen EVER! now i get wifi for a few hours a day if I’m lucky! Some days nothing at all! 🤬

@TalkTalk To who? Until i have a written public assurance it won’t be to the tech or customer service team again who directly caused me such huge distress on Monday that I had a panic attack, waited 40 mins to be put through to a manager, then put through to tech team against my wishes

@OpenreachHelp The solid answer, seems to be, avoid TalkTalk at all costs.. they do not operate helpfully - a parallel to you here on Twitter. TalkTalk is, presumably, among the very worst of providers.. ? “We can’t monitor your connection for intermittent faults..” as if it requires 24/7 staff

@TalkTalk tried to cancel via account view, not possible. Tried to cancel via chat, not possible. Called on Monday to cancel, systems down so can't process it. Deadline of 15th April to cancel, unacceptable how difficult it is. Will be cancelling direct debit, only way to stop!

Hi @TalkTalk your customer service rep just told me on the phone my order has been rejected because the fibre box in the pavement is slightly offset from my property but when I log in to your website it tells me my order is in progress. Please help me determine what is happening?
