2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@sianxwilliams97 All the Sky presenters and pundits do is talk talk talk, fed up with it, it is bad enough when David Croft talks constantly through the sessions, be better of sponsored by TalkTalk. I want to see racing & action not endless discussion. Sky F1 coverage is getting very tired 👎💤

@TalkTalk your customer service is disgusting. My boyfriend has recently moved in with me and was asked to send back his equipment. He has been in touch numerous times to get the returns packaging sent out to our new address so we can send back the equipment but have never 1/2

@Heatherinmycap @TalkTalk We had it confirmed that it was an issue on their end over the web chat and then someone came out today and said we need a new router. This should be arriving either Monday or Tuesday. My feeling is these upgrades have obviously caused an issue with some hardware.
