    @TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    Why do I pay my internet bill with @TalkTalk when every time I use it, it buffers or takes ages to load. Been using 4G all night because my wifi has been awful. Not impressed🙃

    @TalkTalk you are having a laugh 😡😡 I’ve spent 53 mins on the phone to what was supposed to be your complaint department speaking to Andy then his manager Christopher who were just giving me technical advice 😡 to find as soon as I put the phone down I’ve lost connection AGAIN

    @TalkTalk yet again I message to say your internet is absolutely shocking 😡😡 I have complained numerous times .. today I have phoned and the automated system said there is a problem and it would be sorted .. NO TEXT as it stated and it’s STILL not connecting me SHOCKING

    @TalkTalk absolutely peed off with your internet service 😡 it keeps disconnecting my phone whenever I put it down or haven’t been on it for a while .... because of this I have used 1.1Gb of data in just over 5 days 😡😡 I never use 2GB in a month normally

    @TalkTalk Yes it constantly disconnects while I’m using the phone or if it’s been put down for a minute or two .... this has happened ever since I’ve had Internet with talktalk I Never has this before with @Bt my phone was always connected even through the night as long as router was on

    @TalkTalk enough is enough 😡😡 I’ve have had to reconnect my phone to the WiFi 63 times today...I’ve noted every time the phone disconnects because of you poor WiFi .. it’s shocking NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE😡😡I’ve have complained weekly since having it put in and nothing changes

    @TalkTalk Becky don't you think I've tried all of this except for the wired connection? I've sent a complaint via resolver! Either an engineer comes out to fix it free of charge and I get the speed I'm paying for or I expect to be released from my contract so that I can change provider

    @TalkTalk 0.7 download speed is disgusting, I don't know why I am paying for broadband when I'm constantly having to use 4G!! Can someone contact me to tell me how much it is to leave you as I've got 6 months left to pay for something that doesn't work #notimpressed

    @TalkTalk getting calls from a call centre claiming to be yourselves saying there are ‘problems with my operating devices”. Having never used your services and telling the caller this, they become flustered and hang up

    Mr dealing with TalkTalk 'our router is the problem, please can you send a new one' 3 hours later, test after test (engineer was out yesterday), more tests, & a 'can you check you've plugged in the grey cable' (this convo is online) TalkTalk - we've determined it's your router

    @TalkTalk x25 calls made to you, re loss of connection 1.7 hrs on avg with your c/s, which is exhausting, u r becoming a health issue for me, it's a horrific service deplorable reliability I need to quit, yet u ask 4 early termination fee.see u in court, farce of a service.

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to reach out to cancel my @TalkTalk contract but I have a feeling its been put out till my 14 days expire. You chat agents been cutting me off as soon as I mention leaving. Secondly you've already taken money from my account this is not adding up
