@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk Terrible customer service.Ordered fibre 13days ago cancelled after 3days,was told to wait 5days for an email and no email,called and no cancellation on file,cancelled again and 5days passed,not cancelled. Now 3rd time trying! It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel.

Definitely made the right call streaming everything Village related last night, since the wife is now on the phone to @TalkTalk trying to find out why our internet has completely crapped out. Last two days, WiFi problems, now even wired connection isn't working.
