Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔.
