2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk to which talktalk has failed to get a grip of my situation & sort it out, all compounded by awful communication: stark contrast to my neighbours who are with @skyinternet & @bt_uk who have been so much better with them. They're all back online. I, a month on, am not. Appalling.

@TalkTalk I gone back and forth with your company for over a year and I'm tired. I have been patient and nothing has changed. So I have left TalkTalk and gone with Sky as I'm done with paying for a service I ain't receiving. Thank you for getting back to me. Take care.

@TalkTalk I woke up to no internet connection today. Your team told me there was a cease on the line and to cancel and subscribe again. I am up to date with my bills. Your lines keep dropping. I have no internet and work from home

@OpenreachHelp Engineer was supposed to show up yesterday from 8am - 1pm, I took the day off work for it. Called me at 1.10pm saying he would be 30 minutes. Never showed up. TalkTalk say he called twice and no one answered the door. All lies, I have the phone call as proof.
