@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

I urge everyone to not use @TalkTalk internet. I’ve waited 9 days for an engineer to come out to sort out the internet in my new home and they never turned up. When I called to ask about this they said he’d been out. And now, a day later, they’re saying he has not come out. Shame

@BenEast81128145 @TalkTalk Wow another customer with no internet? Solid orange light on router? Im in kent. This has happened also in london, hastings and all over. Im being told it may be an issue out in the exchange box. Nah, this is bigger than that
