@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk yesterday from 16:30pm left without internet. I work from home. No communication or notification internet is down. Couldn’t work last night lost income and risking loosing my job thank you TalkTalk being with you almost 9 years pleasure.

@TalkTalk Thank you Angel - shame we didn't get to talk sooner. We REALLY would have appreciated someone who would listen to our situation and difficulty. Hearing 'the answer is always going to be no, regardless of what you tell us' certainly is not good customer relations!
