@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk That or strip out from the protocol the listening to the customer issue and skip straight to square one. It's probarbly less frustrating to not be asked than to be asked then back to square one?

This is my account of how @talktalk have decided to fail him as a loyal customer since his passing. I can only start from the beginning. 18/07 approx 12:30 I called @TalkTalk to advise of him being a victim of a scam phone call which racked up a reverse charge to £89.

@TalkTalk No you don't understand. I have now spent hours on the phone to you to now be threatened with a Debt Collection service. This is all just too stressful. It can be seen on my account that I have had no usage since July yet you still try to charge me. This is harassment!!

@TalkTalk I would strongly ask you, as a company, to look at the protocols you provide to your front line team. I understand they MUST follow these but it is maddening when as a customer you explain the situation and then you jump back to square one of the protocol

@TalkTalk I sent u a DM, you ran a security check, verified our account, ran a line test, said there was a local outage which affected us and that has been fixed so just reboot router. The issue was not resolved. I told you in the dm still no internet. Now you are ignoring DMs!?
