    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @StuAuld @TalkTalk Hi, no. They were utterly useless so I just cancelled everything and had a new line installed to circumvent them blocking the line up. The level of incompetence in their customer service is mind blowing.

    .@talktalk your first line customer service claim I can't get the same deal that is advertised online for new customers (is that not illegal now?), they want to charge me £5/month more.

    @TalkTalk Good morning still no internet second day running. I did DM you yesterday as I was shocked that I had to pay £ 9:29 to to live chat with an agent on talk talk. I have posted on social networks. Very disappointed customer.

    I've been a @TalkTalk customer for about 10 years and been out of contract with you since the start of 2020, paying at least £10 a month over the price a new customer would get. I wanted to take another contract for another 18 months, you apparently don't want my business.
