2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@TalkTalk I used to work for BT for 24 years. Openreach can’t shift the blame, they are installing FTTP and not reconnecting apparatus that was connected prior to their visit. You all know eero routers are the problem, but you just will not sort it out.

@TalkTalk Guys Really not happy with your service. last month mistake from talk talk and they have added more amount and the bill generated for July 10.They told next month bill it will be adjusted. Today I got one more bill and 19th is due date. What type of prices is this?

@TalkTalk I was expecting a call from a Manager to resolve an ongoing issue yesterday and have not been contacted. This is the second time you have failed to contact me. I've spent nearly 5 hours trying to resolve this issue. Disgusting service.

@TalkTalk Andy, I’ve sent 4 DM’s all to no avail. You are using eero routers, they are single SSID, that means anything that requires a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi signal will not connect i.e. IP Cameras ( CCTV )
