2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@xmarcux @fifimact @TalkTalk Appears so. And I'm guessing we won't get anything back until 6am when they have scheduled to finish this maintenance. It's like they think we will just forget about it once the service is back. To be fair we all usually do and they get away with it every time

@TalkTalk been with talktalk for the passed year, since being with you guys I get atleast 3 drop outs a day on my broadband. Its annoying and when I phone up all I get is "were carrying out maintenance" ready to cancel my contract anyday now

@MirrenGidda @TalkTalk it’s a disgrace the power that telcos etc have. @BTGroup have been so singularly useless with my parents - wasted days of their precious lives - and there is no recourse. Even the head of customer service cannot control her own institution and they continue to be useless.

@TalkTalk Honestly the worst company if you are ever thinking of going to them dont should have looked into the many thousands of reports daily or **** internet they provide literally nothing and dont let you out of your contract they say wait x amount of time to make your lose..
