@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

I wonder how many customers @virginmedia are going to lose after today. I have a letter about the price hike saying I can cancel without penalty. The website and phones lines also down. O2 also seems to be affected. Service appalling once again. Off to @TalkTalk I go #VirginMedia

@TalkTalk I’ve be been through this too many times with too many agents, who take 30 min to understand problem, timeout their chat when it gets tricky, or defer the blame to outside ‘Gfast engineers’ who seemingly they have no contact with. @talktalk are trash for pros who work from home.

How does putting up the @bankofengland base rate help bring down inflation when it's mostly being caused by business with inflation busting increases? @RoyalMail with a shocking 13% increase, @TalkTalk with CPI+3%!!?? We need laws to stop this abuse.
