Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

Obviously the daily outages are part of the service your offering... Oh well let's wait until tomorrow for it not to be sorted
