    @TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    Just like to offer my sincerest apologies to @BT for leaving you for talktalk please take me back?? Leaving you was the biggest technical mistake iv ever made please ill bring me back. Ill never complain again. Talktalk have eaten my sole and spat it out all within 2 months

    @TalkTalk Yes its still on going, old smaller router works fine on wifi Your new bigger one you sent is put it bluntly is ****. Tried reporting it on my account so they could run a test. But no WiFi to do it with. So gone back to my oldest one.???

    I'm a teacher and @TalkTalk have left me for four days now with no internet whatsoever, meaning I can't deliver online teaching at home. The repeated calls back and engineer visits I have been promised haven't happened. They did find the time to bill me though. Appalling service.

    @TalkTalk The new router i recieved tried hooking this up 4 times now but wifi **** so go back to my old router every time. ?????
