    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

    @TalkTalk I have spent 1/2 day trying to notify you of mother’s death. I have been kept waiting, hung up on and very slowly made progress with online chat. & finally got a number to ring but it’s ‘temporarily out of use’! I don’t need the extra stress right now,!Please help

    @TalkTalk I have just spent an hour with your billing department to make one final payment on my account. It was a painful hour spent trying to hear each other speak. Communication should be your strong point. Very unsatisfactory service.

    @TalkTalk I need help, I was offered a deal this morning, which I took up as they offered me a free WiFi extender with it. Got transferred to 2 different departments and now no one knows anything about it. This is my first interaction with TalkTalk and I’m not happy

    Customer Service at #talktalk is appalling. Raised a complaint 186569 & was due a call between 2pm & 4pm yesterday. No call. Complained again this morning - due a call at 10am today - nothing.
