2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@TalkTalk Can’t get through on chat. Phone operator is ridiculous. Don’t recommend talktalk. After nearly 3 years there communication is crap. Operator calls you a liar although you have provided evidence. Still waiting for my tv box and have been since the 9th. Complete joke of a company

@TalkTalk Hi, how can I talk to a support person please? Your live chat seems to randomly appear and disappear. I have an SMS from you telling me to go to a URL which then tries to carry out a test and experiences an error.

@TalkTalk You must be the worst company in the country for customer service.4 weeks without broadband. Promised engineer twice, you sent him to my old address.A manager told me it is nobody's fault.Take responsibility for your errors. Have to endure scam calls because of your Co.
