@TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk @O2 We can’t use the landline as it disconnects the internet so it’s not even plugged in. Talk Talk are well aware of ongoing problem and NO HELP. Repeated scans confirm issues yet NO HELP. Request for engineer visit but NO HELP.

@TalkTalk Hey arra, after wasting 90mins on the phone to "daniel" at customer services i think whats best in order to make it up to me my new best buddy dan should take me to the movies and see a film. Something funny to raise my spirits, Dans choice of course. Il bring the popcorn ;)

@TalkTalk you are an disgrace I called today to complain my inlaws phone line has been down for three days, 3 days ago you promised to transfer their calls to their Mobile,today you promised the same and still it has not happened these are shielding and you have failed them again

So it's not just covid that is putting people's lives at risk. Now it's even @TalkTalk too. 2 days without broadband, missing crucial video medical appointments and they still can't tell me when #openreach can fix the issue. 🤷 ? Such bad service #TalkTalk

If anyone sees this tweet, plz do not sign up with @TalkTalk , I have a technical issue that still not been resolved after soo many days and the service provided has been atrocious. An adviser from Tech support just put the phone down on me for no reason. 😡

@TalkTalk Already cancelled my account (never got started) and now I received a text that the engineer is coming to do the installation! please do not try to charge me with anything as I cancelled the contract in my cooling period and I have not gone "live" either!
