    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @TalkTalk No - you’re not. I’ve had no service at all since Friday, your contact centre just keeps saying ‘you’ll have to wait’ and when I contacted you this morning by DM you’re apparently ‘undergoing maintenance’ and I have to check back in 3 hrs. @TalkTalkGroup is an absolute joke

    @TalkTalk You can't help with anything specific though as you're "experiencing down time with your systems which are currently undergoing maintenance" & I have to wait for 3 hours. After having zero service during April and May, and now this, I will be raising a complaint. Complete joke

    @TalkTalk you are robbing thieves- do you actually have anyone helping? 16 Calls and no one helping me fix your shoddy broadband. Nearly a week offline. It’s disgusting.

    @TalkTalk Good morning, my Internet has been down since Thursday. The third time since it was upgraded. I keep getting told an engineer will contact us for an appointment but haven't heard anything. I can't work without the Internet

    Can @TalkTalk please explain to me why my voicemail has disappeared from my landline with no warning. And why I can't login to MyAccount as it will not recognise my email address to login. It took me 10 years of arguing with @TalkTalk to get an engineer...

    Thanks for cutting me off mid-conversation regarding an issue with my broadband @TalkTalk. Only been with you a couple of weeks and the customer service and broadband quality is shoddy!
