@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk My customer number is 1012695959 and I currently have fibre 65. For about 3 months now I have been calling to get a faster speed,fibre 150 and all my efforts ended up in frustration!

@TalkTalk Appalling service. Handling a complaint yet twice call back after the window they offered. 2.25 hours of webchat being passed around to be told a load of rubbish about my service issues.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

Any other @TalkTalk users in Scotland finding their internet keeps going down? Never had an issue until the last month where I’m getting crappy bandwidth or it’s just totally cutting out. Was even on a work call 2 wks ago where 4 of us with TalkTalk got kicked off simultaneously.

@TalkTalk - changed to yourselves 6m ago. Was intermittent so was moved over to fibre 5 weeks ago. Since, I have used up phone data due to the service continually not working at our house and therefore keep defaulting to 4G. Have raised 5 times; keep being bounced around. Help!
