    @BBCBenThompson @TalkTalk Shameful. I was with @TalkTalk. I’d rather run towards a wall with tooth picks under my toenails. I’d never ever use them again.

    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

    @TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    Another @talktalk mess - got a confirmation of cancellation and no more payments (after about 5 attempts at contacting) and then they started again with the letters asking for arrears (which are not due). Complaint raised - no response - now been passed to debt recovery!!!!

    3 mnths still waiting for @TalkTalk to pay my mother agreed compensation for appalling service she suffered after my Dad died. My letter to CEO @tristiaharrison triggered a promised phonecall today 10-12noon. Nothing. Am I surprised? An appalling company.

    @carlyjohunter @TalkTalk **** broadband ,wasting my time ,to keep me on the phone for one and a half hour and not sort the internet doesn’t work and put me to switch off and on and after the guy run out from he’s shift and saying to call them back tomorrow ???

    @IlminsterSteve @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They got me VERY riled by not being professional & accepting my wish to cancel. I was then transferred (twice) to another Dept which - amazingly - didn’t answer, which meant I had to restart the entire rigmarole again. Twice. Suffice to say I was fuming by the end. Not good (:

    @TalkTalk my is email with TalkTalk, changed my BB years ago, still have a DD to pay. They sent confusing email about changing settings, don't understand, need help. Been on Twitter FB and TT for help, they are IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with. #talktalkcrap#TTcustomer crap
