My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

Told yesterday it will be 24-72 'business' hours before an engineer will be able to look at it. Absolutely shocking. Bad enough anytime of the year, but over Xmas. Unbelievable
