    @TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

    @TalkTalk .. been a good customer but leaving as the internet playing up and then I get a bill more per month to end of contract... great service for being a good customer not ...

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

    @TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

    Can @TalkTalk please explain why my father has no phone line, no internet and when we phone to sort out we are told that "this service is currently not available" and the phone goes dead

    @TalkTalk Both. Currently on the phone to your customer service 56 minutes and counting...not solved as yet.

    @TalkTalk I honestly give up. Still getting my phone going quiet on calls. Not only that but you now won't take card payments. Your technical team were no help. Years of being your customer, if you don't care about my custom then I'm off. Plenty other companies want my custom.

    @TalkTalk Yesterday I spent an 1 hr 40 mins with your support in dms, and all they said was they will get back to me in 3 days? They cant say if it's a problem with my line or what? So I guess it's a problem with their equipment and lines, no clarification, no help

    @TalkTalk shambles - apparently the support people I was DM-ing can't contact the full fibre support team inside their organisation you couldn't make it up.

    @TalkTalk my internet is down and my landline keeps beeping when making calls. So everything is down. I been waiting for 2 hours doing all the troubleshooting. Service centre is a joke.

    Moved house over a month ago but TalkTalk are still billing me at my old address even though I have set up fibre broadband with them at my new address. 30min phone calls with staff who don’t know what to do are wearing me down now….

    @TalkTalk Charlatans. Moved house and still had no Internet for 2 weeks. They blocked us on the system appartenty, each time we call they say ring back in a few days! Their staff literally dont know what day it is and pass you.from pillar to post, they are literally stupid so frustrating.

    Our wifi went off this morning. Seemingly at the same time as a telegraph pole down the road was replaced. However we haven't come back on. @TalkTalk says 2-3working days. However that means next week and I have 2 kids with exams. Surely a mistake can be sorted more quickly?
