    @TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk Both. Currently on the phone to your customer service 56 minutes and counting...not solved as yet.

    @TalkTalk .. been a good customer but leaving as the internet playing up and then I get a bill more per month to end of contract... great service for being a good customer not ...

    Can @TalkTalk please explain why my father has no phone line, no internet and when we phone to sort out we are told that "this service is currently not available" and the phone goes dead

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

    @TalkTalk Cancelled my account 8th Aug, get email confirmation that it will be cancelled on 9th Sept. Today I receive a bill for all September. Support tell me that my name isn't on the termination "spreadsheet" even though TalkTalk sent an email confirming account end date.

    @TalkTalk you are the worst company I have ever dealt with the way you treat your customers is absolutely shocking no help whatsoever so disappointed with the lack of help I have received every time I’ve reached out… 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk My internet hub has been flashing orange and not working for 48hrs despite several resets. Nothing unplugged/loose. I've DMd you repeatedly. Called twice but told you're closed. Can you please advise? Kinda need internet, it's quite important. Cheers.

    @TalkTalk 41 minutes I was just on the phone, absolutely useless!!! Expecting me to wait till Saturday to send someone out to fix the fact that your engineers drilled through my water pipe installing fiber, flooded hallway I can’t even let water out my bath! I WANT SOMEONE OUT NOW

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have been waiting to be connected to the internet since 5/09 and between you and @OpenreachHelp telling them conflicting information they’re now stressed and upset. only switched to you because of your “excellent customer service”. Do better please!

    @TalkTalk After trying to contact via phone and chat facility continuously since 23rd august and been passed from person to person and an ongoing complaint still in place… I doubt you are able to help if I’m being honest from my experience. I will rely on my complaint hopefully…
