    Has anyone ever tried to speak to a human being at @TalkTalk It's very difficult, then when you do get through, they're just doing heavy breathing down the phone and telling you they don't understand.

    @TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

    @TalkTalk customer service truly awful. Staff do not listen to the problem and instead seem obsessed with checking my ID (asked for address 3 times) and ‘diagnostics’ (even though no problem with internet) luckily I had spare same cable from another device.

    Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @TalkTalk Both... Restarted the router 3+ times, no change! This happens every few months, not really acceptable. We'll be contacting support to get it looked at

    Since the 25th May, we have been trying to get TalkTalk and Openreach to fix the issue. First failed appointment 31st May Her case was made priority by TalkTalk welfare team 1st June Re booked 2nd June - Openreach went to green boxed, failed to go the house.

    @TalkTalk @binary_overload Can we stop trying to make out like it makes a difference? It's 2022. Most people are on wifi. Wifi is unlikely to be the issue but support spend a disproportionate amount of time focused on it.
