    @TalkTalk Both. Currently on the phone to your customer service 56 minutes and counting...not solved as yet.

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @doughbakesworld @SueSuezep I have never dealt with a company worse than TalkTalk. I hope never to have another relative die while in possession of an account with them. Brutal.

    @TalkTalk I'm not having problems with my account...I was switched to you without me knowing..now I'm bk with by ...so by law I was slammed and now your expecting me to pay a bill that I was not ment to incur..

    @mortydoodle @TalkTalk When I do get in touch it won't be to try & fix the issue anymore, it'll be to cancel the contract.

    @SueSuezep Will never use @TalkTalk or @ScottishPower again after customer services folks repeatedly lied (no other word for it) about either engineer callbacks or refunds. (No, I will not be DMing the details, this was years ago.)

    @TalkTalk Have had no luck with any agents fixing my problem of my new router flashing amber. I was sent a new router hoping this would rectify problem and it still hasn’t! Haven’t had Wi-Fi for over a week and still not getting ANYWHERE with online chat!!

    @TalkTalk Sure. After 2 hours waiting, chatting to 7 different departments it looks like I will be able to cancel my order and remain with my current provider. Good luck getting new clients in this challenging time for businesses.

    @TalkTalk I've been without VPN access for my work for the last two days and after exhausting every possible thing with my IT team I stumble upon a lot of Talk Talk users saying a borked firmware update on your routers is to blame. Please can you help?

    @fight_director @TalkTalk Yes, I managed to leave #TalkTalk. They claimed an internet speed, for which we were lucky to get 1/10th of what was quoted. They couldn't give a **** as long as we kept paying, did nothing to sort it. We switched, but they made it very difficult. Copy @Ofcom into emails.
