@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@SueSuezep Will never use @TalkTalk or @ScottishPower again after customer services folks repeatedly lied (no other word for it) about either engineer callbacks or refunds. (No, I will not be DMing the details, this was years ago.)

@TalkTalk Have had no luck with any agents fixing my problem of my new router flashing amber. I was sent a new router hoping this would rectify problem and it still hasn’t! Haven’t had Wi-Fi for over a week and still not getting ANYWHERE with online chat!!

@TalkTalk I've been without VPN access for my work for the last two days and after exhausting every possible thing with my IT team I stumble upon a lot of Talk Talk users saying a borked firmware update on your routers is to blame. Please can you help?

@fight_director @TalkTalk Yes, I managed to leave #TalkTalk. They claimed an internet speed, for which we were lucky to get 1/10th of what was quoted. They couldn't give a **** as long as we kept paying, did nothing to sort it. We switched, but they made it very difficult. Copy @Ofcom into emails.
