    Can @TalkTalk please explain why my father has no phone line, no internet and when we phone to sort out we are told that "this service is currently not available" and the phone goes dead

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received ๐Ÿ˜ก

    I'm bloody furious @TalkTalk after making me run through tests I told him I'd already done he tells me the problem is fixed and to call back if it isn't. When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

    Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

    @HannahLewin12 @TalkTalk There is a cell tower down in Ton-Teg Cf38 we donโ€™t have any phone signal in our area, might not have anything to do with your issue though.

    @TalkTalk worst customer service Iโ€™ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free ยฃ5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still donโ€™t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

    Feeling the still the same, sky broadband isn't as good as they say.. totally gutted I moved from @TalkTalk .. surely I would get the same service as it's the same line . Xx

    @TalkTalk hello, I have continued Wifi problems where I every time Iโ€™m on a Zoom call the connection isnโ€™t good enough and drops out. Please can someone call me so I donโ€™t have to wait on hold forever?

    @TalkTalk awful service.... just to activate a sim card which you sent.. only to be told I haven't got mobile account even thou I have been paying you for 5 yrs... Awful service

    @theospreyuk @Shiv_who_burns It's difficult to get hold of someone to actually talk to on this. All I want to know is if I cancel my BT landline (as I don't need it), will it cause problems with my separate Talktalk broadband! I shall persevere!

    @JohnFielder1 TalkTalk mucked up and disconnected me for 6/12 Resorted to writing to Chief Executive in the end & this was only way got resolution

    Has anyone else got through to @talktalk ? as I found it so hard to Talktalk with them that after 3 hours I just gave up - and I have been a customer for 4 years or more โ€ฆ.and I tried every which way, believe me !

    Spent 3 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Absolute Joke. @TalkTalk

    Had @talktalk full fibre for 9 days now. Not impressed as it has never worked. They have set up their end incorrectly, and seem in no hurry to fix it. Their engineer not coming until Tuesday pm Not sure why they insist on an engineer to my house as the problem isn't here
