The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

Sam (@Sane2013) reported@TalkTalk I recently requested that my contract be cancelled at the end of my term. It took almost 40 mins of been offered new deal after new deal after saying I do not require the service anymore due to a change in circumstance. Why does it need to be so difficult to leave?
