    @andylance1977 @TalkTalk I had a similar thing with sky a few years ago when my dad couldn't get a signal n we cancelled in the cooling off period they said he had to pay the full years fee. After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

    @Statto1927 @TalkTalk I'm close to doing the same to be honest. I've been with them for 7/8 years and never had a problem, but now I'm on the verge of leaving.

    @jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

    @killer_giants @Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Well, to counter this, although it was 24 hours later than I hoped, Iโ€™ve just had a very pleasant exchange and lots of patient help from a lady called Angel in the customer support team

    @TalkTalk my internet is down completely and cannot get through to anyone on the phone. I work from home and so need a connection.

    @ZeeZeeBoomHM @TalkTalk I've always been really happy with the service and I've been with them 8 years. This has been beyond a joke though and I'm looking at other providers. At least I know have working WiFi again to help me look! ๐Ÿ™ˆ

    @HannahLewin12 @TalkTalk There is a cell tower down in Ton-Teg Cf38 we donโ€™t have any phone signal in our area, might not have anything to do with your issue though.

    Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the ยฃ85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ avoid Talk Talk!!!

    .@TalkTalk When my contract runs out, why should I stay? I was thinking of switching to Virgin which is a little more expensive but a lot faster as they have a dedicated network.

    @TalkTalk awful service.... just to activate a sim card which you sent.. only to be told I haven't got mobile account even thou I have been paying you for 5 yrs... Awful service

    @TalkTalk Our internet has been virtually non-existent for days even though Openreach are supposed to have fixed the exchange. Obviously not!Whatโ€™s going on TalkTalk? I have a fault logged but I canโ€™t even access your website from my phone. We so need to cancel our contract with you!

    my favourite thing about talktalk is how when you log in online it just doesnt work and sends you back to the login page
