@TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

Talktalk untill i get there will b no charges on my account and services contracts ended 1013738840 i will protest. A set payment every month 31 dec 2022.end of contract.phoned 2 make sure do not renew. New boardband coming. Paid dec. ***** tricks by u putting phone down.

@TalkTalk Have you guys got a broadband problem in the Norwich area? There is nothing on your website about this but there was an outage last night, and today my speeds are about 10-20% of normal with quite high latency.
