The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

(NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.
