After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

Only found out when my service was disconnected over the weekend and have to wait a full 3 weeks to be reconnected. #fuming

EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!
