After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
