After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

People need internet for work and you have no backup service or offer any alternative. Tell me that's not theft?
