@TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

@TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

@TalkTalk My router keeps losing the connection you your network (flashing white and orange) and it works immediately after all the resets you advise me to carry out, yet ten minutes later it drops off again. I am a VERY TECHNICAL person and happy to help you triage this. Talk to me!!

@markandersonrun HAd similar experience, talktalk customer service is dire. They give me two months compensation because it was their fault, but when received bill, they sneakily added an engineer charge £65 - when it was their fault!
