Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
