Fiona Thomas (@RichardFiona) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@TalkTalk The last engineer has just left telling us it is an outside problem. A message comes to check inside house. For the 4th time. Mum complains on a text message and someone says they can help. First question.. Are you having issues with calls on the line? Does anybody read the notes
-
Callum (@callumjohn28) reported from Cardiff, Wales@TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.
-
Sally Evans (@PerformandGrow) reported from Barry, WalesPlease help! Data, sims, devices desperately needed by refugees at this time! @VodafoneUK @SMARTYMobileUK @TalkTalk @EE @orange @virginmedia

Hales Evans-Kanu (@justsimplyhales) reported from Cathays, Wales@ZeeZeeBoomHM @TalkTalk I've always been really happy with the service and I've been with them 8 years. This has been beyond a joke though and I'm looking at other providers. At least I know have working WiFi again to help me look! 🙈
-
Simon 🥑🚟😈 (@uncriticalsimon) reported from Newport, Wales.@TalkTalk When my contract runs out, why should I stay? I was thinking of switching to Virgin which is a little more expensive but a lot faster as they have a dedicated network.
-
Fiona Thomas (@RichardFiona) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@TalkTalk We are now very frustrated and cross. If I dm, will we go all through the basic tests and questions again? Will another engineer come and tell us the same thing or can you get someone to fix the problem that is outside?

-
Alan (@almolx) reportedSo you put my special needs sister on an account for evenings & weekends without her consent so that she has to pay for daytime calls. I have just found out you are charger hervam extra £100+ a month in addition to her £43. Terrible behaviour. @TalkTalk
-
Angela (@angelajazz2) reported@PaulUtd16 @TalkTalk Tech is great when it works. Trying to speak to a human these days to sort problems out is nigh on impossible! Hope your parents are sorted soon
-
Steven A. McKay (@SA_McKay) reported@Hayz35Hw @TalkTalk I'm on live chat with them now, apparently there's some fault between them and my house so I need to do some tests. Which probably doesn't help you but suggests it's a fault at my end, so yours may resolve itself on its own soon
-
Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?
-
Ron Sands (@ronniesands) reported@TalkTalk Mate just re instate my email account every day this week someone from TalkTalk has promised to fix it promised they care they haven’t they don’t
-
Kerrie (@WF2K_) reported@TalkTalk I know because I've been told exactly that by your team and I never said I was frustrated? So I'm not sure why you assumed that.
-
Tony Notman (@TonyNotman49593) reported@devilscustard @TalkTalk Typical behaviour of companies when you do not pay for the service they failed to provide. Better to ignore them. They will eventually go away. BT, Vodafone, and virgin have tried this with me.
-
Paul Wales (@PaulWales897674) reported@MartinSLewis #talktalk has been doing this for years, never agree to a contract extension and always source your own phone
-
Jack Rtd. 🏴🇮🇨 (@jacks_almanac) reportedRe your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement. You still don’t believe me. Direct Debit cancelled. Congratulations on the customer-retention masterclass.@TalkTalk
